I would absolutely recommend this property, it was exactly as shown! The house was very clean, we had tons of beach chairs/toys…. We felt right at home! Cathy was a wonderful host, she helped make our family vacation an easy simple process! We had the best time in Coco Beach and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent location with shops and restaurants nearby.From the beach we were able to see two rocket launches.The beach is nearby and easily accessible.Kennedy Space Center and many other attractions are a short drive away.Excellent communication with attentive host.Stairs could be difficult for elderly or disabled people.We had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is so close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, mini golf, the pier and other stores. You could walk to them if you want to. The back yard is a great place to hang out and the heated pool was amazing. We’re coming back next year!

Great place to stay

The house was amazing great location very short walk to the beach. The house had everything you could need it was great to grill out on the days we didn’t want to go to the restaurants. We highly recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

Perfect location..

Lots of space for all 8 of us. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the wagons and beach toys. The pool was great especially for the kids !!! Lots of places to visit nearby. Had wonderful time !

Right where we needed to be

The house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Pool was great, warm which was a plus too. We are very excited to see about, not only booking the house for February but booking both houses!!! We really loved the place!

Race Weekend

We were in town for the boat races in Cocoa Beach. The house was located close to the beach and all amenities. The pool was warm and they had beach toys and boogie boards for the kids which was fantastic.
