Great stay from start to finish! The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well equipped, and the property was very family-friendly. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great location on The Pinehurst golf courses. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary cookware etc. the owner was very responsive when we arrived and the cleaning had not been completed ( at 5 pm) She kindly gave us compensation for our meal that night.

This property was very nice for our stay in Pinehurst. Although we didn’t cook/eat there it had many options including utensils, small appliances, cookware and basic spices if needed. The linens, bedding and other necessities were available and plentiful. The host, Charlotte, was helpful answering questions upon our arrival.

The unit was exactly as described. Very cozy and comfortable. My husband I and I truly loved spending the mornings on the deck overlooking the first hole fairway watching the golfers pass by.

My husband and I have stayed at several VRBO properties and I have to say this was the best experience by far! The property, Perched in Pinehurst was spotless, beautifully decorated but still comfortable, the view of the golf course was great. The property had everything supplied that you could think of and so many extra little touches like a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, reading glasses and note pads, info about the property and the area. The host, Charlotte was friendly and responsive. We had the best time! We would love to stay again when we return to Pinehurst!

This condo was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway! While we didn’t golf ourselves, we enjoyed watching the golfers on the deck in the mornings. The host was responsive as well.

Perched in Pinehurst is a fantastic condo for visiting the area. The location is spot on, directly across from the main golf resort where there is access to bars and restaurants and the famous putting green. It is a 5 minute walk. Also you can walk to the village in about 15 mins. The condo is well stocked, clean, great TV and very comfy bed. This is now our 4th visit and wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

Fully equiped condo. Kitchen was prefect to cook in. There was even necessities in the restroom since i left mine at home by accident. Always clean! Have stayed here several times and will definitely stay again. Charlotte communicated any issues and was very helpful.
