"La Sosta" is a luxury glass bungalow, directly on the Acquaseria beach, for romantic stays on the lake.
Recently built, with attention to the smallest details with custom-made furnishings, with a modern and clean design, it has every comfort: from the hi-tech kitchen to the living room with large windows, from the magnificent outdoor pergola to the double bedroom, with attached bathroom, equipped of luxurious walk-in shower.
There is no shortage private parking, garden, air conditioning and wi-fi!

A place where time stands still

We absolutely loved La Sosta! Everything was perfect…better than we could have imagined! The house was immaculate, ample storage & amenities, breathtaking views, a true escape.

Séjour au lac de Côme

Location très bien placée. En retrait de la route, à 2 pas du lac, dans un coin tranquille mais pas isolé. Possible de faire ses courses et de manger au restaurant sans prendre la voiture. Le seul inconvénient est la présence de moustique. Cela doit être lié à la grande proximité du lac et le mois d'août. Nous recommandons.

Entspannung

Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Nur das WLAN ist zeitweise sehr instabil. Man geht über einen Weg direkt zum See und gelangt an einen kleinen und ruhigen Strandabschnitt. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Bungalow für Zwei

Direkt am See gelegen in einer Sackgasse, dadurch sehr ruhig. Moderne und gemütliche Ausstattung. Küche mit allem was wir im urlaub brauchen, küchengeräte qualitativ hochwertig. Gerne würden wir dort wieder wohnen.

Top-Lage

Top-Lage, wie gesagt. Nur eine Anliegerstraße und ein Grünstreifen (Kinderspielplätzchen mit Hunde-Schaulaufen) zwischen der kleinen Anlage und dem See. Leider haben wir ein paar "Kleinigkeiten" vermisst, u.a. ein bequemer Sessel oder ähnlich. Außerdem gibt es keine Haken und keine andere Möglichkeit, um Kleidung zu "lüften". Kommunikation via "Vrbo" (Fewo) mit Federica war nicht möglich. Sie sagte uns, dass diese Anfragen gar nicht bei ihr ankommen. PS: ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub in Acquaseria! PS1: entgegen der Ankündigung, dass die Anfahrt mit Google Maps etwas schwierig sein würde, war bei unserem Navi kein Thema! Wir haben die Adresse sofort gefunden!!!

Clean und clean

Das Objekt macht einen cleanen Eindruck im doppelten Sinn: die Einrichtung ist sehr stylisch und alles ist super sauber. Die Lage am See ist perfekt und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus runden den positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Der Ort Acquaseria gibt bis auf das hübsche kleine Restaurant Creme Caramell (fußläufig 3 Min.) direkt am See nicht viel her.

Schicker, kleiner Bungalow mit gepflegtem Garten

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, schickes, kleines Haus mit sehr schöner Küche nur ein paar Meter vom See entfernt, mit schönem Blick auf See und Berge. Gepflegter Garten mit geschützten Liegemöglichkeiten. WLAN funktioniert prima. Die Hauptstraße hört man etwas, aber das ist am See ja überall so, wenn man nur ein paar Schritte vom Ufer entfernt sein möchte. Das einzige was störte war das penetrante Duftfläschchen im Wohnzimmer, aber das kann man ja in den Schrank stellen wenn man es nicht mag. Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei. Unbedingt die Anfahrtsbeschreibung, die man beim online checkin bekommt, ansehen. Das Navi oder GoogleMaps leiten uU etwas in die Irre.

Wunderschön

Der Bungalow, direkt am See gelegen, ist modern eingerichtet und für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Personen wunderschön. Am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und wunderschönem Garten war der Aufenthalt ein Genuss, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Von dort aus konnte man die Gegend rund um den See gut erkunden. Die Landschaft hat uns sehr gefallen mit den vielen pittoresken Dörfern und schönen Städten mit tollen Bauwerken und Villen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Urlaub in La Sosta am Comer See. Anna-Maria und Volker Ohse

Optimal in einem kleinen Ort direkt am See

Das Objekt: besser gehts kaum, alles da inkl. Waschtrockner, sehr ruhig, da von der Hauptstraße nichts zu hören ist. Der See ist vielleicht 20 m Luftlinie entfernt. Der sehr gepflegte kleine Garten wird wöchentlich bearbeitet, stört aber nicht. Der Fernseher funktioniert wohl über das nicht allzu stabile Internet, deutsche Sender gingen nur über die ARD-App des Fernsehers. Wenn Comer See, dann wieder dort. Im Dorf gibt es nur zwei Restaurants/Pizzerien, beide gut, aber auch in der Nebensaison unbedingt reservieren.

Herrliche Unterkunft direkt am See gelegen

Das Objekt, wie auf den Bilder zu sehen, ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Der See ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Kein Verkehr um das Haus herum nur die Anwohner Straße. Es besteht eine gute Möglichkeit den Green Way beidseits des Sees mit Bus und/oder Schiff zu erwandern. Die Agentur ist sehr nett.

Excellent will rent again

The house is fully equipped, brand new, and has a great view. There’s a boat renting spot right in front of it and I highly recommend it ! Restaurants, bar and shops by walking distance. It’s a great deal, we’ll probably rent it again in the future. Bonus: there’s a friendly cute cat that will come in and go ! :)

Perfect place for a couple

Small modern Pavillon right at the shore of the lake. Nice reduced design and a pretty reasonable room/space concept and a beautiful garden. Parking lotin front of the house in a dead end road. Drivibg to Menaggio or Dongo and Gravedona are

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're glad that you liked La Sosta. I am sorry for the insects aspect, but it's the big problem of a house surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers, near the lake. We appreciate your suggestion, but we'd like to point out that we provided bio mosquitos repellents. They're a great protection for the house and the guests. A mosquito net is an option, only if we give up on the aesthetic of the house. Thank you!
