Super cute cottage home, great location for walking!Comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking! Shower had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Back yard nice fenced area. Thanks for a great stay.definitely would stay again!

We had a great experience with this cottage. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Everything you need is provided for you and more. The back yard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunshine Cottage is the best!

Second stay here and it has been excellent each time. Well equipped and quiet - minutes from the beach but private! Highly recommend and we will be back.

This property was just right for the two of us and our dog. She loved chasing lizards in the fenced in back yard! (she was never able to catch one.) The cottage is old but the kitchen and bathroom have been updated and the floors have been lovingly restored. The property was very clean when we arrived and the two dedicated parking spots were perfect for when we had family visit. The location was great - a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed spending time on the front porch and in the back yard.

Beach Cottage

I've had my eye on this location for a very long time and it is always booked so it was a real treat to finally stay at this historic house. Very clean, great location, plenty of towels look forward to our next stay fingers crossed.

Great Property

This was our second stay at this property and was great again. Location is great. Easy walking distance to beach, Maple Street Biscuit Company and Jax Braus House which has best brunch in Jacksonville. House is well furnished and and fenced backyard was great for our dog.

Best Christmas Ever @ Sunshine Cottage

We simply LOVED staying at the Sunshine Cottage for our Christmas holiday. The house was cozy, cute, beautifully decorated and we felt totally at home. We are looking forward to going back again soon.
