JRB Holidays presents this 3 bedroom retreat in Eastbourne’s beautiful Sovereign Harbour on the Sunshine Coast, East Sussex.
A perfect property for quietness.
The beach and harbour are just minutes away for a lovely walk with plenty of open space.
Once a booking is made a welcome folder is sent confirming the property details and all the current local information.

YOUR PLACE

The house is ideally located, just a short walk to the beach and marina centre which includes bars, restaurants and shopping complex.

There is local transport available on your doorstep to Eastbourne Town Centre and Pevensey Bay.

4 Private Parking Spaces

The property offers contemporary fully equipped accommodation for up to 6 persons.
A complimentary welcome pack and toiletries for your arrival.
Linen and towels are supplied with no additional cleaning charges.

The accommodation consists of:
•2 Bedrooms with super king-size beds that can also be made into twins and 1 room with adult bunk beds. There is also a travel cot available. For the travel cot to be set up please confirm when booking.
•The property can accommodate 6 singles or 2 doubles and a twin
•There is a bathroom, shower room and WC
•The spacious lounge area leads to the open plan kitchen/diner that can accommodate up to 6 people which then leads to the private garden including a patio set and barbecue. There is also a high chair available.

Beautiful house, nice area

Property is very nice, modern and clean. Plenty of parking. Only downside was cars parked directly opposite the driveway, making it difficult to reverse in or out of driveway.

Holiday Stay

Myself and my daughter had a great 2 week stay in this house. Best thing was the location, as only a 5 minute walk to the beach and even nicer the harbour waterside walk is a couple of minutes from the house. From this you follow the water for 10 minutes and you arrive at the harbour restaurants! Really nice little house with easy parking.

Lovely house near Eastbourne

We had a perfect stay at this immaculate house at Pevensey Harbour which had everything we needed. The communication was excellent - the property manager was very responsive and informative. The welcome pack with bubbly was a nice treat too!

Great place to stay

We stayed here as a family for a short break. The house was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and essentials and bubbly provided which was a nice touch. Good base from which to explore whilst still having home comforts. Jason was absolutely great - replied really quickly to all queries and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Home from home

I can’t recommend this property enough, it was spotless, spacious and the little additions to make life easier (toiletries, cleaning products) were icing on the cake. There was even some food in the fridge for after our long drive. I didn’t want to check out and can’t wait to stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property ,it is a lovely house ,very clean and comfortable ,nice garden to relax in ,very central to most places ,and walking distance to the beach ,a walk round to soverign harbour is lovely Would definitly recommend it nice bars and restaurant to sit and relax .

Fantastic house, brilliant location, we had a great break

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The house is lovely inside, it was immaculate, quiet and really felt like home from home. Jason the owner messaged on the first night to make sure all was OK and left a few essentials in the kitchen for our arrival (bread, milk, butter etc) which was very welcome! The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach and is situated a stone's throw from the harbour and was perfect for a stroll with the kids to go look at the boats (and dream of lottery wins!) Cannot recommend this house enough!

A perfect Autumn break

Time and again we are drawn back to this property. It has everything we could want. An immaculately clean and comfortable home in a very quiet part of the Sovereign Harbour. Within easy reach of many attractions and a ten minute attractive walk to the Harbour complex with its restaurants, supermarket, garage and shops. Also a short walk to the beach. Jason, the owner is very helpful and willing to deal with any problems that might arise.

Sovereign Harbour

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Ideal location. Uncluttered interior but everything we wanted. Only negative was the height of the mirrors, obviously fitted by a very tall man. Of more limited stature, I had to stand on tiptoe to shave! Would definitely hire again if going to Eastbourne.
