Property was as advertised. Everything was very clean, apartment was stocked sufficiently. Staff was easy to communicate with and friendly. We arrived earlier than check in time, staff allowed us to store bags at their office while we started to explore Barcelona. We would definitely return!

Great Apartment in Eixample Barcelona

This apartment was perfect for our family vacation. Close to metro, lots of food and shopping made everything convenient. It was great to be able to see the hustle and bustle of this neighborhood from the balconies. The host was very responsive. They allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to check in. Also the wifi stopped working, but I emailed them and they had maintenance fix it immediately. The tile grout in the showers looked like it could use a good scrub, but other than that, it was very clean. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay there again.

Not good- would not recommend

Terrible communication. Could not get a hold of anyone. And if any needs would take 48 hrs If - they do some adjustments would be better :-lock broke-shower valve broke -tap can’t even put your hand under it to low-location at a busy inspection -the tv is only about 15” and only Spanish channelIf they change this would definitely help. I would look elsewhere . The property management not good either

Location, location, location

This is the heart of all the yumminess of what is Barcelona. Wandering to explore is easy from this location. Downstairs, brilliant coffee and croissants to start your day. Down the street a great grocers, Bonpreu and many mercado's to fill in the times the grocer is closed. Food is inexpensive and so is dining out. The space is expansive with a large common area to hang out. Two bedrooms are quite comfy but the third is a very small space with a twin bed. Not great for an adult but awesome for a kid. Challenges were electrical. Only one of 4 outlets in the main bedroom worked. Same in the second large bedroom. It was dusty in random places but otherwise quite clean. The shower wouldn't drain and it took two emails, a whatsapp and a unanswered call but once I did get their attention, someone came immediately and fixed the issue. Overall the challenges were few and advantages many. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location- walkable to great shopping and restaurants. Only complaint, living room did not have enough adequate seating for 4 guests. One couch- chairs from the online pictures not there. More seating, throw pillows and a couple of throws would be a great upgrade.

Could be better but great location

We stayed at this apartment for 7 nights with our 3 year old. The location is great and the apartment is fairly comfortable and has a fairly well stocked kitchen. No kitchen towels so that was a huge inconvenience. There is minimal street noise although within the building there was plenty of noise. The other apartments are mostly other habitat apartment rentals and the front door (an iron door) is very loud when the new people don't realize it slams loudly. The washing machine was great to have although did smell a bit. The amount of bath/hand towels given is limited although you can pay for more. They didn't give a single additional trash bag which seemed very odd to us. The floor was very dirty when we arrived (sandy/grit). The couch was stained and ripped on the edges. The dishwasher was so rusted that the bottom rack had completely come apart and was unusable. Our second to last day we started smelling sewer fumes and went into one of the bathrooms to see a puddle of water under the sink. The pipe that runs from the sink drain into the wall had come out of the wall and was draining onto the floor. They did fix this within the day. The flooring is very old (it has an authentic feel you might say) so maybe the grout is constantly coming apart although it seemed more like it was just not cleaned properly. I feel like this place has more potential to be nicer so really only a 3-4/5 kind of place.

The apartment is so charming. Perfect with two full bathrooms! Location is fantastic with tons of things to see walking , taxis right on the street and the metro directly out the door. Would have loved one additional sofa for all of us to gather around but other than that, great!

There is a metro right outside the door but many Barcelona attractions are within walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Lots of room in apartment. Only negatives were the Wi-Fi disconnected and it took a day to get it reconnected and the signal was very weak. Also heard lots of late night noise from neighboring units and street noise.

Wohnung ist an guter Lage. Raumaufteilung gut.Eher laut durch Verkehr und Nachbarn. Einrichtung ist in Ordnung. Leider ist die Abwaschmaschine so schmutzig, dass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten. Dusche, verschimmelte Ränder.

The apartment is well located and in easy reach of most of the city. The apartment could do with a little updating and could have been a little cleaner, particularly the floor. Chairs in living room very uncomfortable, but otherwise, everything was good.
