Located on the iconic Argote de Molina Street, this beautiful and authentic Sevillian house is right in the historic center, in one of the oldest and most traditional areas of Seville. It is one of the few full private houses still preserved in the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
Though compact in layout, the house is distributed across 4 floors, connected by internal stairs:
The ground floor features a cozy living room, a small guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and another with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), both with access to a shared full bathroom.
The second floor has a third bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and another single bedroom, plus a second independent full bathroom.
On the third and top floor, there is a small additional room with a single bed and air conditioning. From there, you can access a lovely private terrace furnished with outdoor garden furniture.
The location is unbeatable: just a few meters from the Cathedral, on one of the most picturesque streets in Santa Cruz, which winds behind the Cathedral into the heart of the historic Jewish Quarter.
The area is full of traditional tapas bars, renowned local restaurants, supermarkets, flamenco venues, craft shops, and more.

Had several problems with the unit. Two people fell on the steep marble stairs both had minor injuries water in shower over flowed due to clogged drain

We would like to clarify that our website clearly specifies the detailed characteristics of the house, including the fact that it has three floors which are accessed via stairs. The security of our guests is our top priority, and our stairs are designed and maintained to ensure safety of all our clients. We have never experienced a similar situation in the past and we regret that this incident occurred in your case. We will reconfirm the security of our facilities to ensure that everything is in proper condition.
On the other hand, we will review the incident regarding the shower to address any issues and ensure it functions correctly.

Smaller than appears
Nice location within town. Lots of stairs to climb inside....as expected...just a lot. Many updates and improvements have been done. Yes, this place sleeps 6-8....but when coming home after a long day of shopping there is a sofa and small chair. The living room is not quite adequate for 4 people. We stayed a week and made due...but not comfortable. The upstairs patio is just ok....nothing like pictures. Worst part is we started getting roaches after day 3. Were killing them as they crawled out the the wall sockets. This can be cured. Overall decent place.
