Nice little house in third sea line. Very cozy and ideal for sun and beach holidays with family and children, or groups of friends. 3 double bedrooms, living - dining room with access to the terrace and fully furnished and equipped kitchen where nothing is missing, to feel at home.

Barcarés, the area where the house is located, is a quiet urbanization, washed around by the Mediterranean sea with its long coast. The great advantage is that it is only 5 minutes by car from Alcudia town, a beautiful walled city of great tourist and cultural interest, where we also find all the necessary services, in addition to restaurants, big supermarkets and a large market every Tuesday and Sunday.

Lovely quiet area.

Lovely quiet area. Excellent location for Alcudia old town, so super close for a wander around & a meal in the evening. Lovely balcony out the back to have breakfast. Lots of on street parking. Was a wonderful base for our holiday!

Nice place to stay in Alcudia

Nice place to stay in Alcudia. Close to the sea. The covered terrace is great, you can still light the BBQ when it's raining, and provides shelter from wind, so you can stay outside longer.

We could really relax and have a nice time there.

Everything was like described and the hosts are very quick in responding if you have questions! It is a spacious house with two terraces and quite neighbourhood. 10 minutes walking distance to oldtown Alcúdia which we really enjoyed. Having a car on the island is a must to get around. We could really relax and have a nice time there.

The house was very well located, nicely decorated, close to the sea and not far from Alcudia centre. You can peep the sea at the end if the street. The kitchen was well equipped but a dishwater would make things better for long stays. Good size of rooms, good beds, nice terraces. We had our privacy, nobody botherd and easy and efficent communication with the agency

We had a wonderful stay as a family with a small child. We felt very comfortable throughout our time here. The highlight of the house is definitely the fantastic location. The house is fully equipped and matches the reviews and descriptions provided. It’s simply furnished and could use a bit of attention in a few areas, such as some loose sockets in e.g. the kitchen that may need repair. However, overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially due to its location. We are considering coming back at some point in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was quiet and beautiful

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was quiet and beautiful, close to the water, with views over to Puerto Pollensa and lovely sunsets. An easy 15 minute walk into Alcudia to the Eroski supermarket for food shopping, the kitchen had everything needed for self catering and the washing machine was easy to use too. We found the WiFi and a chromecast attached to the TV so streaming worked great. Loads of space inside the house, and out, with seating at the back and front. Comfy bed, plenty of electricity sockets. Paid in cash at the end for tourist tax and electricity (60 euros for us for the week for electricity).

Perfect fun and peaceful family vacation!

I couldn't be happier with the choice. The house is big enough, clean and cozy, with two terraces and an extra garden for the kids to play. It is equipped with literally everything one needs. A HUGE plus are the perfectly comfortable beds - this is not standard, especially in mediterranean countries, but they were perfect. Also, the landlady was very friendly. When there was a minor problem, it was solved immediately. The house is close to the sea, a nice beach bar, little beaches and even a playground, yet very quiet and peaceful. Perfect family vacation, I might really go there a second time! :-)

We had such an amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is in a cute, rural home. When we came in the evening, a wine, biscuits and a basket full of fruits waited for us. The house is well equipped. The beds and mattresses are comfortable with very fine bed linens. There are two big patios, you can have breakfast at the sunrisesit with a glass of wine and watch the sea, which is very close. Barcarés is a very nice and calm place, a perfect starting point for hiking. The beautiful town of Alcúdia is 15 minutes by foot3 minutes by car. The owners are great and the girls from the property managing company were very helpful. We had such an amazing stay there and we´ll definitelly come back!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Alcúdia- Zentrum in 15-20 min. gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fragen werden von Mariana & Marina schnell beantwortet. Badeschuhe in den felsigeren Strandabschnitten sind empfehlenswert. Man findet jedoch nach kurzen Wegen entlang des Ufers einfache Zugänge ins Wasser so dass man das Schwimmen im Meer uneingeschränkt genießen kann.

Haus in toller Lage

BARCA ist ein Haus, welches inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was aber eindeutig von der Lage ( in 2. Reihe zur Bucht von Pollenca ) mit Meerblick von der vorderen Terrasse profitiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Betreuung durch das extrem nette Team von Villasmar ist sehr persönlich, es ist immer gut zu erreichen und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben.Herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür! Die Elektrik des Hauses hat manchmal Schwächen. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung von Backofen, Wasserkocher und Klimaanlage springt der FI-Schalter raus…
