This new modern Villa is a beautiful property with a sea view and it's so spacious that it accommodates up to 10 adults +2 children , is located in Vodnjan / Istria with seaview to the Brioni islands, just 5 min by car from the nearest beach. It is situated on an 1600 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself being laid out over 300 m2. It boasts an imposing exterior, partly clad in stone, It has pool with 40 m2 with salt. Villa has five bedrooms, five bathrooms plus a toilet. Every room has it own air condition and own bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is completely equipped, with a dishwasher, kettle, boiler, stove and microwave oven. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided.
In addition, there are multiple sun loungers and a shaded area to relax and enjoy.
There is a large outside dining area, with two tables each seating up to ten people and a large barbecue.
