Ashram Villa Sunshine is a beautiful four-story house with a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea. It is situated on a hillside in the town of Sitges – only 15 minutes walk down the hill to the nearest food market and beaches or 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes with car to the Sitges center and just 30 minutes with bus, train or car to Barcelona.
Rent the whole house with 2 apartment/suits and 3 bedrooms, with a capacity for up to 12 people, with a large private salt water pool terrace with BBQ.

Ashram Villa Sunshine is a wonderful Mediterranean house built with 4 floors with a indoor living area, more than 200 sqm, plus a terrace of 100 sqm with private pool. A large living room and dining area, this area can also be transformed to a meeting room for indoor activities with a separate dining area. The terrace has sunroof protection for lovely outdoor activities. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a smaller kitchenette. The entire house has 3 spacious toilets with showers. Showers are also available on the large pool terrace. Our house keepers provide fresh vegtables from our and eco eggs during the stay.

Nice vacation spot

We had a great time in the villa. I appreciated the ability of prompt contact with owners if I had questions or needs. The villa has a beautiful view to the sea, well equipped, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but no big deal.

Lovely villa with amazing view

There were 14 of us staying at Ashram Villa Sunshine and we absolutely loved it. The sea view is absolutely amazing from all areas of the house, Mikael the host was very helpful and booked restaurants for us when we needed. There was plenty of room and lots of cooking facilities for us to use. We especially loved sitting on the sofas on the balcony. Lovely sea breeze as well.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Haus in Spanien! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und dennoch nah am Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir die große Terrasse, auf der wir morgens gefrühstückt und abends lange zusammengesessen haben.Der Pool war für uns und die Kinder ein absolutes Highlight – sauber, angenehm temperiert und ideal zum Abkühlen. Auch die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass gemeinsames Kochen richtig Spaß gemacht hat.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub – absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille à la villa Ashram ! La maison est idéalement située, à deux pas du centre de Sitges, et la terrasse avec piscine est parfaite pour profiter de moments conviviaux entre proches. La villa est vraiment agréable et bien pensée pour des vacances. On sent toutefois que c’est une maison de location : certains petits détails d’entretien mériteraient un peu plus d’attention. Cela dit, rien qui n’ait gâché notre séjour — c’était top !

Mysigt boende med plats för många!

Fantastisk utsikt, rymligt, mycket välutrustat kök, både köksutrustning, med dubbla kylar och kaffekokare och kryddor, olja osv. Gott om handdukar och solsängar att lata sig i. Härlig uteplats och pool. Skönt att ha god kontakt med värden som hjälpte oss med bland annat utflykter och transport till och från flygplatsen. Fräscha badrum. Ett stort tack för bubbel och vatten, som värdarna bjöd på! På minussidan var det tråkigt med kackerlackor. Generellt lite slitet och sängarna var hårda. Stereon hackade tyvärr, även om det var roligt med Svenska popklassiker och Mamma Mia-skivor!

Die Villa war wirklich sehr schön und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer war ebenfalls sehr gut und es wurde einem immer weiter geholfen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr darauf bedacht, dass man sich ruhig verhält, auch tagsüber. Da die Villa recht weit oben liegt, macht ein Mietwagen auf jeden Fall Sinn. So können Einkäufe oder andere Fahrten leichter erledigt werden.

Vi er meget fornøyd med oppholdet på denne boligen. En fantastisk utsikt, kort vei til butikken og stranden. Og Barcelona. Huset fremstår enkelt, men funksjonibelt. Vi var en flokk på 14 stk. med barn og ungdom og det gikk veldig bra. Skal vi utsette på noe må det være, mangel på aircondision på soverom, vi savnet også et bordtennisbord og evnt. et bijardbord

I loved Villa Sunshine!! It’s even better than shown in the pictures. Conny was very nice and helpful, we even had breakfast once at his house when we didn’t have any breakfast at home. Nice and quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view on Sitges and the sea. It is possible to walk to the beaches and the centre (takes half an hour but since it’s downhill that’s fine), but there also is a busstop very close the the villa, which was a very nice and cheap way to get to the city and back as well. All in all, I really recommend the villa and would stay there again while visiting Sitges!

Our second visit to the lovely Sitges. Owner Conny was very accommodating to our needs. The villa is beautiful, has lots of character. The bedrooms are lovely, especially the top bedroom with its own terrace overlooking at whole of Sitges. The pool and pool area was perfect with plenty of sun loungers and room to dine outside with the added bonus of a bbq which was well used. Everything was nice and clean. We throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay, will make it longer next time! Looking forward to next year for our 3rd trip to Sitges. Many thanks Conny

An absolutely beautiful villa, with breathtaking views.

From the moment I booked this property, Conny, the owner could not have been more helpful. He answered all my questions when I emailed him and nothing was too much trouble. He picked us up from the airport for a reasonable price and helped us out with anything we needed whilst we were there. When pulling up to the Villa, everyone in the group was amazed by how stunning the property was. The villa, which Conny showed us around when we arrived, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. A large spacious property with beautifully presented rooms and an amazing view from every angle. As a group of 7 ladies on a Hen Weekend, we loved the property and it was everything we wanted and needed it to be. We have all spoke about returning in the future. I would most definitely recommend this property to all friends and family.

Der Gastgeber Conny ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Blick über das Meer. Es ist das erste Mal für mich bei einem Ferienhaus, dass die Bilder tatsächlich das wiedergeben, wie es auch in Wirklichkeit aussieht. Die Küche und insgesamt das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Sehr guter Komfort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein absolut faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ggf. interessante Hinweise: Das extra Appartment liegt mit einem eigenen Eingang in der unteren Etage (eigene kleine Küche und Bad). Eine Etage weiter oben ist der Eingang zum restlichen Haus. Dort ist auf der ersten Etage das großzügige Wohnzimmer und die Küche sowie der Ausgang zur Terasse mit Pool. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein mit Vorhängen getrenntes 1.40m Bett. Dann geht es ca. 8 Stufen hoch zu einem Bad und weitere 3 Stufen zu den zwei Zimmern (eines mit 4 Betten und eines mit einem Doppelbett). Dann geht es in einen extra Bereich mit extra Tür. Dahinter gibt es ein Badezimmer und nach ca. 15 Stufen das große Schlafzimmer (ohne extra Tür noch mal) mit einem Zugang zu einer kleinen Terasse. Das Klavier, das auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, war sehr verstimmt. Es gibt aber noch ein E-Piano im Wohnzimmer, auf dem man spielen kann. Insgesamt: Top. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke Conny.

Loved the Villa, fantastic view of Sitges and very well furnished with all the necessary supplies etc. to make our stay very comfortable. Owner was fantastic. The stairs were a little challenging but well worth the effort! Easy access to groceries etc, and just minutes from the downtown area.
