The condo was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities listed in the online description. The patio was a pleasant surprise on sunny days and the boot dryer a nice plus. Ample firewood for the wood stove, towels, linens, dishware, etc. parking was great and access to 4 o’clock run wonderful for skiing out to Snowflake or skiing back from peak 8.

Great location. An easy walk across the street to the 4 o’clock run. Short drive to the grocery store or downtown. A ski boot dryer was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of towels and blankets. A home away from home. This was our third time staying at this condo and we will be back.

Perfect Ski in/Ski out condo

We had a great stay! Ski in ski out was so easy and the size of the condo was perfect for me and my two friends! Will definitely stay here again if we ski Breck again!

Very nice condo! Well equipped with all you need. Really enjoyed the wood burning stove in the living room. Very Cozy! Ski in ski out is across the street but very easy access to the 4 O Clock run, Gondola or the snowflake lift. Overall outstanding. Happy skiing!

Great spot and great hosts

Nice little 1br very close to 4 o'clock run. Hosts were very accommodating and provided many conveniences like firewood, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent. Great communication. Absolutely would stay here again.

Cozy Condo in Great Location

Condo is very cozy and in great location near lifts and slopes. Julie makes check in and out very easy. You will love the view and enjoy the amenities!

Great Breck condo!

Condo was perfect. Great location with easy ski in/out access to the Snowflake lift. Owners were very easy to deal with and communicated very well. Highly recommend.

Great location for skiing. Cozy and comfy. It’s first floor of an old wooden apartment, upstairs can be loud sometimes as you can imagine so be prepared.

Thank you for the 5 star review..but we do need to comment so our potential guests are not mislead. "Old wooden apartment?" Readers, please read other feedback and look at the photos! It's a beautiful Breckenridge inspired condo..rustic design..not old! Unless you think the 80s were a long time ago! Which would make us prehistoric! (Condo refurbished since then too and we could do with that ourselves ha ha!)). It's a condo not a hotel so noise issues are to be expected and are not a major issue. Yes during the day you will hear folks walking in the condo above in ski boots. Not a big deal. Readers, the noise issues are normal for a condo and can be expected in most any alpine condo building in Colorado. However our location, amenities and ambiance are difficult to beat.

Great apartment for a couple

This location is great for a couple looking for a well located getaway. Proximity to the breck is great and the place was stocked with goodies when we arrived. The humidifier was a much appreciated accessory. We came later in the season so ski in/ski out wasn’t too feasible but with enough snow you can easily get to the property from the lower 4 o clock run. Would book again

Thank you for your 5 star review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to be clear to other readers, skiing from the patio door is not our main ski in ski out. The Four o clock ski run is our main ski in ski out access, and it is just a few steps from our front door (see photos). It is fully open and will remain open until Peak 9 closes. It is considered one of the best ski in ski out accesses in Breck.

Great location and owners.

Can’t ask for better location. Walked to the ski rental place and then can ski in/out from the place. Owners left thoughtful goodies for us for our Valentine’s Day trip and maintained communication with us for any questions. On location parking was easy and close to the door. Super cozy hoe with great view while sitting on the couch next to the wood fireplace. Really enjoyed our stay and will use it next time. Thank you!

Great location, very clean, well stocked

Great condo. Hosts have thought of everything. The communications were great, clear and timely. Beautiful location - easy to walk to town but far enough away you feel like you can get away from the crowds. Parking was easy. Great for skiers - easy access to Snowflake lift and 4 0'clock run. You can hear upstairs neighbors but that is part of condo life - did not bother us.

Second time around

This was our second time at this wonderful condo. Family of 4 (17 yr old and 21 yr old sons) had plenty of room. The place is extremely clean. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils/ dishes/ pans. We will be back.
