Holiday cottage located in a farm dedicated to agricultural and livestock farming, 5 km from the lake of Banyoles. Private garden area with swimming pool(10 x 4 m).

Ground floor: A nice porch with barbecue, table, chairs, ping pong, foosball, billiards and lots of space to play.

House for 6 people 2 bedrooms (double bed + single bed / 3 single beds)

RATE 8 PLACES: Annex room: With separate entrance at the back of the house. 1 double bed (135 cm). Full bathroom with shower.Accommodation located on the first floor and distributed in a single level.

The terrace overlooks the fields and the forest. Living room, dining room and kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. 1 triple bedroom double bed and 1 single bed with bathroom with shower. 1 Triple bedroom, 3 single beds. Bathroom with shower. Washing machine.

Shared swimming pool(7 x 4 m) / Private porch with barbecue.

*Owners can, occasionally, use the swimmingpool.

Pet fee (12€ weekend / 20€ week).

Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).

Wonderful getaway, perfect for families

We had an amazing stay. It catered for all our needs and the views were stunning. Our two children aged 13 and 10 loved the animals, particularly feeding the numerous bunnies every morning. The outdoor play space was great. Lots of fun was had on the trampoline and the indoor games room exceeded expectations. The beds were comfy and the accommodation was clean with a very well equipped kitchen. It was too cold to use the pool area but that was also beautiful. We had a wonderful week exploring Besalu, La Garroxa, Banyoles and the coast and we will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend it enough!

Todo perfecto, los propietarios muy amables, noss dejaron ver los animales y darles de comer. El sitio muy muy tranquilo, si quieres desconectar de la ciudad es recomendable. Luego si quieres ir al pueblo de Banyoles ver el lago y pasear está a 15 minutos en coche. Tienes una sala grandiosa con pin pon,billar y futbolín donde se puede hacer barbacoa y grandes y niños disfrutar más la estancia.

En general ha sido satisfactoria con excepción que deberían especificar que el acceso a la vivienda es con escalera por lo que complica el acceso a personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.

Ha sido unos días maravillosos en familia el sitio es maravilloso naturaleza animales un burro vacas gallinas y la casa muy limpia y cómoda y la piscina nos gustó muchísimo es de agua salada con su porche de madera y los propietarios super amable nos dieron huevos frescos y tomates repetiremos

Séjour parfait à la campagne loin de toute l’affluence que l’on retrouve en bord de mer. Idéal pour se ressourcer nous qui aimons la campagne et qui y vivons les animaux ou les odeurs ne nous ont pas gênés nous préférons ce genre de choses à l’odeur de la pollution ou du bruit de la circulation Merci aussi à l’hôte qui est très gentille

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof

Grundsätzlich kann man sagen: die Besitzer (Maria & Paul) waren sehr nett, lieb und sehr bemüht. Das Haus (Wohnung) ist sauber und die Anlage bietet viele Möglichkeiten (Pool, Grill, Tischfussball, Billard, Fussballplatz, Trampolin). Wichtig ist nur zu wissen, dass man auf einem Bauerhof ist mit Hühnern, Kühen, Esel, Katzen, Hunden und einem Schweinestall! Leider ist der Geruch des Schweinestalles, je nach Wind sehr präsent. Die nächste Stadt / Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Banyoles, mit dem Auto ca. 10min entfernt. Warum die Bewertung nicht so gut ausfällt: Leider ist die Beschreibung des Objektes über www.fewo-direkt.de fehlerhaft. Wir waren 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche & 2 Kinder) und hatten eigentlich angenommen, dass wir laut Beschreibung, 3 Schlafzimmer gebucht haben. Leider gab es in der Wohnung nur 2 Schlafzimmer, das 3. Zimmer hätte man dazu buchen müssen und war auch nicht in der Wohnung, sondern separat an einem anderen Ende des gesamten Objektes. Somit für uns leider sehr unglücklich und die 4 Kinder mussten in einem Zimmer schlafen (das auch mit den 4 Betten und einem Regal sehr ausgefüllt war). Dazu hatten wir leider auch noch sehr viel Pech, da zu unserem Zeitpunkt sehr sehr viele Fliegen da waren. So das mit dem Geruch des Schweinestalls und die Fliegen ein Pool-Tag nicht so schön war. Wer es mag, wird das Objekt großartig finden. Für uns Stadtmenschen war es leider nichts. Es sein noch gesagt das die Kinder (2 Mädchen, 10j) sehr viel Spaß mit den Hunden hatten und Maria & Paul den Kindern alles erlaubt haben und sehr liebenswürdig zu ihnen war.

Ens ha encantat passar aquest dies aquí. Ambient tranquil, familiar i molt preparat per anar amb nens petits. A 5min de banyoles centre i del seu preciós estany. Hem gaudit de cada minut dels animals de granja, dels ous diaris de les seves gallines que un mateix podia recollir, de la zona de joc pels més petits, de la zona de BBQ i sobretot de la piscina. Casa molt neta i amb molta amabilitat per part de la Maria, que ens ha acollit com si fòssim un més de la família. Al setembre repetim i sense dubte ho recomanaré.

Fabuloso

Hemos estado de fábula. Muy tranquilos en la casa. Tiene una zona enorme en interior con mesa de billar, futbolín, ping-pong, barbacoa, comedor, etc... En el exterior tiene piscina, columpios, y zona de saltos. La casa forma parte de una granja con sus vacas, gallinas y animales varios, por lo que hay que ser consciente de donde se va. Nosotros estuvimos todos estupendos, y seguro que repetiremos.

Cumpleaños en familia

La casa estaba bien pero decepcionados por la actitud del propietario y cómo nos ha tratado, tuvimos 2 personas adicionales a comer y nos hicieron sentir cómo estafadores. La amabilidad brilló por su ausencia. Se pensaban pagar los 60€ de estas personas pero muy poco profesional cómo nos trataron.

Una casa espectacular, con todas las comodidades, menaje de cocina, camas cómodas etc Muy cerca de Banyoles Propietarios super agradables y atentos. Nos queda lejos (900 km), pero si nos toca volver allí, repetiremos seguro.
