Beautiful & charming Provence villa, Les Issambres. French Riviera

Idyllically situated villa in quiet surroundings on the French Riviera with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The view extends from the horizon to St Tropez and on to the port of Port Grimaud. Villa Calypso has a large garden with many idyllic areas, where the 40m2 large outdoor kitchen / lounge area is the heart of the property. Here, meals can be enjoyed in quiet surroundings or just sit and enjoy the view. Outside the kitchen is well equipped with fireplace, barbecue, gas stove for cooking, refrigerator, dishwasher and ice maker. You can easily cover a table for up to 20 people +, which makes Villa Calypso an excellent place for larger family gatherings and celebrations. At the outdoor kitchen / lounge area there is also a boule court of 25 m. The villa is a short distance down to the Mediterranean with lovely beaches and beach club's, here there are also several restaurants and shops.

SWIMMING POOL AREA
The pool area is designed for both sunbeds and sitting areas. There is also an outside shower attached to this area. Here you stay completely unobstructed.

VILLA CALYPSO
There are a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets. The one bedroom on the ground floor also has an extra bed, so the house has a total of 13 beds. All rooms have lovely sea views.

1. STORY
Here are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms here all have their own entrance with nice sitting area outside. This floor also contains a large technical room with washer and dryer.

2. STORY
Here are 2 bedrooms, these share a 1 shower bath and 1 shared toilet. One of these bedrooms is the "master bedroom". The second bedroom is used as an office and is converted into a bedroom if required with a sofa bed (2m x 1.4m mattress). Otherwise, this floor consists of a living room, dining room and open kitchen with bar solution. There is access to a veranda with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and St Tropez bay. There is smart TV in the living room.

AIR CONDITIONING
There is air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms as well as in the living room.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a quiet and tranquil villa area where there is mix of resident and holiday house. It is a short distance from the house to the recreation area where there are lots of trails in the terrain, excellent recreation area for walking / jogging or bicycle tours. During the summer, there are frequent ferries between Les Issambres, St. Tropez and Sainte Maxime.
