Welcome to this cozy apartment in Barcelona - the perfect place for families with children, couples or business travelers. Situated in the most chic neighborhood of Barcelona: Eixample.THE SPACE:You will love to relax here after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is comfortable, with an amazing location.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 7 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

This apartment was great for our family of six (all adults/teens). The common spaces are comfortable and the location of the bedrooms in the back of the apartment is nice for noise containment. Check in and out were very easy and the location was perfect for walking places and using public transportation.

Great stay! Location felt more local than touristy. The apartment felt so spacious, with good AC and everything we needed. Many walkable restaurants nearby, and so close to Sagrada. Would reccomend!

Great stay!

Great property with a perfect location. Walkable to many excellent restaurants and Sagrada Familia. Elevator was small but helpful in getting bags up. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for young families

Great Location. Nice and quiet

My wife, our 21 year old daughter and my 16 year old son and I stayed in this fabulous apartment. Everything was great. Close to a lot of stuff and striking distance via cab to everything else. Very clean. I'd stay there again for sure.

Great apartment, great location!

Everything about this experience was outstanding. The apartment was perfect for our group. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer. All the bedrooms had an AC unit, as did the living area... important as there was a heatwave during our visit. It's surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and markets. Short walks or subway rides allowed us travel all over the city easily. We received all necessary info ahead of time and accessing the apartment was easy. It was perfection!

Just like it looks, which is great

Great stay. AC worked very well in all rooms. Bedrooms are back from the street and quiet. Kitchen was easy to use. Check in was no problem as we downloaded the recommended app, and that made accessing the place super easy. Will be very happy to stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Apartment was as described. We were able to check in early and with ease. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was central with easy walking to attractions, as well as access to the subway within a block of the apartment. Overall a wonderful stay.

The apartment was conveniently located. We walked to Segrada Familia. Resturants, bakery, and grocery stores near. Building had a lift which made getting the luggage up nicely. Great check in process ans great communication. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Everything was exactly as expected. The property was clean and in a quiet and convenient location. Check-in was a breeze. Josep responds quickly to inquiries and arranged a quick, simple check in. The place is immaculate, well located, and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice restaurant across the street as well as many others in the area and the metro station is 2 blocks away. The beds are comfortable, the showers are strong and hot, and all the basic necessities were available except paper towels which we bought at a close by supermarket. Our only difficulty was unlocking the door to the apartment but we learned. We would definitely recommend this b&b and would be happy to stay there again.

This is a really gorgeous apartment in a lovely location. Despite being on a main road, the insulation is great and it’s totally quiet inside. Communication was super easy and smooth. The only negative thing- which is small - is that I would really have appreciated some basics like salt and pepper and oil, a kitchen towel and a couple tablets of laundry soap- for a short stay no-one wants to buy all of that from scratch! But that’s a small point. The apartment was truly lovely.

Barcelona apartment - quiet and central

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was accurately advertised - central location, quiet, efficient, close to metros and Sagrada Familia. The check-in process was somewhat confusing with conflicting messaging from the vrbo contact and a different person serving as the property manager. As for provisions in the apartment, there was a lack of toilet paper, light bulbs, kitchen tools, and the water kettle didn't work. The room air conditioning worked very well, the beds were comfortable, and the amount of space was great.

Great apartment in a desirable location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and look forward to booking it again on our next trip to Barcelona. The location was convenient as it was walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. We did, however, experience a few issues. Dirt kept coming out of the fireplace. They sent someone to clean it up though. Also, regarding the shower in the main bathroom, the shower divider was not preventing water from spilling into the floor. Lastly, on the last two days of our five-day stay, no hot water was coming out of the shower so we had to bathe in cold water.

Great appartement

The appartement is great and room are quiet for sleeping. Overall everything you need is in the appartement. Negative point: no coffee available for the fisrt day at least.. The real minimum for toilet paper 4 pieces for 4 personne for a week, 2 tab for the dishwasher for a week for 4 people, nothing for the washing machine... We had to buy everything.... Also no tea towel to dry table after cleaning ect Only 4 towel ect ect the real minimum That was all negative point at the price we pay the owner should leave the material to leave inside.

Liked:- Remote key access with an app- Location was reasonably good, nice neighborhood, good food options- Fairly responsive hostNeeds improvement:- The entire apartment smelled odd, something like grilled onions- One bedroom smelled like sewage and was distracting enough to affect sleep. Host brought air fresheners which helped by masking the odors somewhat, but it was still noticeable.- AC in each room was just OK. Required putting on coldest setting and highest fan to get moderate results. Was never really comfortable.- The beds were kind of hard and uncomfortable- The pillows were small and hard- In at least one bedroom, there were no bedsheets - was not comfortable sleeping under the comforter only- Nitpicky: the animal art is just strange- One bathroom had a very, very tiny sink and a somewhat difficult shower because of it's cylindrical shape.- Not convenient to have the washer in one room and the dryer in a completely different room- The dryer did a mediocre job of drying clothesOverall:- Like the neighborhood, but might consider a place slightly closer to central Barcelona next time- The odors were a big distraction and really require the owner's attention to fix- The beds, sheets, comforters, pillows all need an upgrade for comfort
