Right in the heart of Basalt on the confluence of the Frying Pan and Roaring Fork River. Totally renovated two bedroom, two bath condominium with brand new furniture, bed and bedding await your arrival to a comfortable getaway. Located on the top floor of of the Gold River condominiums walking distance from dining and shopping. Walk along the paths that follow the river, drive up to Ruedi Reservoir for a day on the water. Gold medal fishing for the avid fisherman right out the door and for miles along each river. In the winterpick up the high speed bus to whisk you up to any of the mountains for skiing within a half hour from the condo.

Absolutely Amazing!

This property is as lovely in person as in the photos. It was impeccably clean and had everything we could have needed, including shampoo and conditioner. Very convenient walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking again if it's available.

Great options mid-valley

This is a great option for your stay in the Aspen area. Very clean and updated. Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable bedding. 25 minute drive to Snowmass. Overall highly recommend.

Nice 2br unit. Great location in old town Basalt. We walked most anywhere in town. Unit very well equipped. The fact that there was everything you needed including spices, garbage bags, shampoo was unique and appreciated. Very pleased w our choice!

Holiday skiing trip

Amazing property and location! Two things to mention: -We saw a field mouse in the Master bedroom and last it was spotted in the kitchen -Cleaners arrived at 8am on the day of our departure while were still in bed. We asked them to come back at 10am.

Great place, very clean, quiet. Comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen. Very nice location. We really enjoyed it as a base for exploring all the Aspen Snowmass skiing. Plus, we enjoyed the nice restaurants, shops, and art galleries in Basalt. And that is all much more reasonably priced than staying in Aspen! Here’s a tip: There’s an Aspen-Snowmass ticket office right in the office building which shares the condo’s parking lot. Much more convenient than waiting in lines at the mountain.

Great place with access to all of the Roaring Fork Valley

Was there for skiing in February and it was a short drive to all the local ski areas. Price was significantly less than staying in the resorts. The place is very nice and well maintained. Due to street construction, we had one day where the water was cut off. After some back and forth, the property manager agreed to give us a discount, which was much appreciated.

The condo is so convenient to everything the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer; about a half hour from skiing, seconds from world-class fly-fishing and road biking as well as just a short ride to amazing mountain bike trails; plus so much more! Basalt offers quiet surroundings with easy access to everything we love to do.

What makes this property unique

Walk to town and enjoy the quaint Old Town Basalt. Catch a bus if you do not want to drive to Aspen to ski, music or dining. Sit and watch the river run by and enjoy the outdoors. Comfortable and cozy getaway.
