Can Rua is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. The property, of recent construction, is set on one level.
There are three large bedrooms, one double with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
There is an open plan living dining area with American style kitchen. The high ceilings keep this area cool in summer and offer an abundance of light to enter the hub of this property. There is a smart TV with access to internet channels and Wifi connection.

Herbst auf Mallorca

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig aber sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Alles wie in der Beschreibung - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kommen wieder!!!

Es war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt und gewünscht haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir bekamen frischen Salat und anderes Gemüse vom Eigentümer an die Tür „geliefert“ 😊 Das Einzige (!), was wirklich schön wäre, wenn er vorher ankündigen würde, wann er kommt. Das haben wir in einer anderen Finca so erlebt und fanden wir besser. Ansonsten top!!!

Toller Familienurlaub im Oktober

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und die Gegend fernab der Touristenziele sehr ruhig, nachts bellen ab und zu ein paar Hunde. Die Kinder verbrachten viel Zeit im Pool. Ungünstig fanden wir unangemeldete Besuche durch die Betreuungsfirma zwecks Handtuch- und Bettwäschetauschs. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag empfehle ich, einige Basis-Utensilien für die Küche anzubieten wie Müllbeutel, Spültabs, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker...

Perfect villa for a holiday during the pandemic

Well maintained 3 bedroom villa of a really good size. Air conditioning good and 2 bathrooms a benefit. Pool beautiful and view amazing. The sofa was a little tired and equipment in the kitchen limited
