This magnificent villa offers a balanced and symmetrical space for a perfect stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, ready to satisfy any culinary need. It also has two bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with a practical shower, ensuring options for personalised comfort.

It has three carefully decorated bedrooms: one with a double bed of 150 cm, and two others, with two single beds of 90 cm in each.

In addition, the villa is equipped with a high-speed fibre optic wifi connection, perfect for staying connected and entertained during your stay. Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms, ensuring comfort in every room of the house.

Outside, you can enjoy a welcoming environment with a sparkling swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a barbecue area along with garden furniture perfectly arranged to create unforgettable moments outdoors.

This villa offers a complete accommodation experience, fusing modern comforts such as high speed wifi and air conditioning with a relaxed and spacious atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.

Only the ground floor is rented, the upper floor is not rented and is unoccupied.

We had a great time off the crowded places of Mallorca. We had a rental car and absolutely enjoyed travelling the island at day and coming back to that private quiet apartment in the evening.
