Sleeps 6 - Fabulous harbour front 4 storey townhouse new to the holiday letting market. This spectacular property sits on the quay side in the bustling and historic harbour of St Andrews. At street level there is a large private garage and storage area with the living accommodation occupying the three upper floors. The result is a house which commands the most amazing views over the harbour, the beach and St Andrews Bay beyond,
The house has been completely refurbished to an extremely high standard with the emphasis on maximising the benefits of its remarkable location. There are three bedrooms with twin beds, all with en suite shower and wc facilities. The top floor master room has a small balcony/viewing platform where you could simply sit and watch the changing view for hour after hour. A luxury kitchen has been installed beside the open plan dining/sitting room which has a wonderful balcony overlooking the harbour. The house has all of the features one would expect from such a high quality home and provides a fabulous base for a golfing party, family holiday or winters weekend retreat.

Fabulous location with amazing views and easy walking distance to the town center. Easy parking in front so we didn't need to use the garage. Everything was as promised and well setup and maintained. Wonderful stay.

Fantastic family break

Had a fantastic weeks family holiday with my parents, brother, wife and daughter. Superb views of the harbour, beach and sea, always something to look at from the living room/balcony. Ideal that the 3 bedrooms were all en-suite plus an added toilet at ground level. Thank you, we’ll be back, Chris and family.

Wonderful house and location!

We had a wonderful time in St Andrews - in large part because of the quality of the house and its amazing location. The house is super-comfortable and a great place to relax and take in the amazing views of the harbour and East Sands, but the Cathedral, University, town centre, West Sands, golf courses, and the best fish and chips in Scotland are all only minutes' walk away. Everything we needed and wanted was right there, indoors and out. We loved it, and are all looking froward to coming back again very soon.

Location and view

Arrived to a clean beautiful home with amazing views of the sea. We were lucky to have clear sunny weather and watched the sunrise with our coffee every morning from the balcony. At night the street noise was noticeable but given college students returning and the weather it was not completely unexpected. This home has everything you could want or need for a comfortable visit to Scotland and St Andrews. Dining, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. As a base to find and play golf in Scotland the location was perfect. I would book this home again without any hesitation. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Mark and Lisa.

Kicking off Christmas in St Andrews

What a fabulous house Beachview St Andrews. Literally everything you can think of already provided and to a very high standard. All 3 bedrooms are lovely, so no tension over room allocation. Great showers and fab towels, plus room by room thermostats kept everyone happy. The garage is a bonus,although plenty of parking beside the house. We were lucky with the weather but on a dull afternoon were happy to relax and watch the world go by - fishermen landing their catch - dogs going mad in the sea - joggers keeping fit, while sipping a glass of bubbles. St Andrews is always a star attraction for me but Beachview is simply stunning. Didn't want to come home. Thanks Fife Cottages and Homeaway for a quality experience.

Beautiful house in an amazing location!

We had such a wonderful time in St Andrews. This house had everything we needed - lovely clean bedrooms with soft sheets, a well appointed kitchen, living room with a beautiful view of the harbor and plenty of room for everyone to hang out eating fish and chips. The beach is right outside the door and Market Street, Saint Andrews Castle and Cathedral are all a short walk away. I would love to go back and spend more time. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It made our first trip to Scotland so special.
