The beautifully designed villa comes with 3 bedrooms - the first bedroom is located on the ground level with a Queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and windows overlooking the garden, with the second bedroom, also on ground level, offering twin beds and fitted wardrobes, with windows overlooking the mature gardens. There is a family bathroom with a bath with overhead shower downstairs, as well as a guest W.C.
Steps down from the entrance hall lead to the spacious living area, with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD player, books and stereo to keep you entertained. There is an open fireplace for those interested in winter breaks, and air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months.
A dining area with seating for six is located on this level, with patio doors leading out to a covered patio with further seating for alfresco dining by the pool. The kitcen is fully equipped for you to be able to enjoy home cooked meals, offering; fridge freezer, oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, water dispenser and all the kitchen tools and utensils you might need.
Stairs lead to the Master bedroom upstairs, which has a Queen size bed and fitted wardrobes, as well as an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There are beautiful sea views from this bedroom, as well as views of the garden and pool. A door on the upstairs landing leads out to a huge terrace with stunning mountain and sea views.
The villa is set within private grounds with landscaped gardens and a private 8m x 4m overflow swimming pool, completely secluded with pine trees giving complete privacy. There are sun beds and parasols for shade as well as a dining table with chairs on the covered patio which overlooks the pool.
There is 150 units of electric included in the rent which is to prevent guests from leaving the air conditioning units on when they go out or when they re not in use. The meter is read before check-in and after check-out and any excess (calculated at £0.25p per unit) is deducted from the security deposit. The guests are welcome to check the meter themselves to monitor their usage.
The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared before check-in and a small welcome pack with essentials is provided. There is a mid-stay Maid Service for stays of 2 weeks and more, where the linen and towels are changed and bathrooms cleaned. Optional wi-fi is available for guests who wish to use the internet.
