A four bedroom, 3 bathroom, private villa with own pool and roof terrace close to the sea. Wonderful sea and mountain views only 15 minutes from the historic and picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and ten minutes from local supermarket. Beach club offering excellent facilities within walking distance and other lovely beaches only a short drive away. Half an hour transfer time from Ercan airport.

We are retired professionals, I was a practising Chartered Accountant and my wife a teacher. We have three children and six grandchildren and they all love to use the villa for holidays. We do not let the Villa as a business, but only to cover some costs. My daughter, Helen Jackson, now manages the bookings on our behalf.

Why they chose this property

We acquired the property because of the private location close to the sea, yet within easy access of all the facilities that the area has to offer as well as the wonderful climate. Northern Cyprus is a wonderful holiday destination with something for everyone.

The wonderful views of the sea and the mountains, great beaches,restaurants and lovely people.
