Sicilian-style house from the early 1900s totally renovated and just published. Private parking. Sea front. A private passage (in front of the entrance gate) allows direct access to the "Scardamiano" promenade of Acicastello. Multiple bathing beaches in the area (the "Lido dei Cyclops" with swimming pool, "La slips" with fresh vapor fumes, "Danielino" with canoeing, surfing and diving school.
The accommodation, on two levels, with air conditioning in all rooms, is airy and bright and has an open space living room with a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with bathroom and a sunny terrace of 200 square meters equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas.
The center of Aci Trezza, where there are several bars and restaurants, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The city of Catania, about 6 kilometers away, can be reached by public transport.

Giuseppe war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns jeweils sehr zeitnah mit guten Hinweisen und Anregungen versorgte. Wir haben uns in Acci Castello sehr wohl gefühlt. Das besonders schöne Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Lediglich der Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Haus war mitunter deutlich hörbar.

Sehr schöne, sauber Villa, sehr gut ausgestattet

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und saubere Villa vorgefunden. Die Terrasse ist schön ausgerichtet und lädt zum frühstücken oder Mittagessen ein. Die Hauptstraße ist manchmal etwas laut. Ansonsten ist es wertvoll ein Auto zu haben um sich die Gegend anzuschauen und an die Sandstrände zu kommen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche sehr nette Lokalitäten wo man gut essen kann. Der Gastgeber hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, so dass wir auch einen tollen Fußballplatz in der Nähe gefunden haben. Viele liebe Grüße Familie Stange

erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten in Aci Castello einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr sauberen renovierten und technischen hochwertigen Zustand. Man merkt sofort, das der Inhaber sehr viel liebe in das Haus gesteckt hat. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle moderne und gute Matratzen, die Bäder sind modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr schön, der Ausblick ist sensationell. Die SS113 ( Bundesstraße) ist leider etwas laut, der große Garten und die schöne Ummauerung des Grundstücks dämpfen aber den Lärm etwas. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique séjour à Aci Trezza

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Maison de Giuseppe, il est très accueillant de de très bon conseil pour nous guider dans nos visites. La Maison est très bien équipée et idéalement située proche de la plage, de catane, Etna, Syracuse... Un grand MERCI.
