2 bedrooms with build in wardrobes, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. marble floors.

Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Bedroom 1 has a Queen-size bed (160 cm wide). Bedroom 2 can be set up with 2 beds of 80 cm or as 1 Queen-size bed (160 cm). Beautiful lateral sea views from 2 terraces (living room and bedroom 1) in the quiet street Calle Alboran. The apartment is away from the traffic noise on the promenade.
Fully equipped kitchen: dish washer, washing machine, microwave, fridge with deep-freezer, hob and oven, toaster....

There is a parking lot 50 meters from the apartment where you pay 1 euro per day

Fantastic apartment

Ben was fantastic in communication with us and was available at any time , the apartment was fantastic very large two bedroom , main bed has a small balcony looking over the street below and the beach and sea at the end of the street ,the apartment has all you would req to enjoy your holiday from oven to microwave kettle dishwasher etc safe and secure apartment , beach is 100 yards away and also a underground carpark overall a fantastic holiday very clean

Clean spacious apartment in convenient location

We loved staying at Ben’s place. The apartment is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. Clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. Couldn’t be at a more convenient location either as it’s literally in front of the beach and a few minutes walking distance to shops and restaurants and the picturesque old town. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and we appreciated the little “welcome package” in the fridge on our arrival. Ben himself is an easy going and very service minded and polite person and we would gladly rent his apartment again!

Stylish Apartment in great location

Stayed 4 nights March 2019 , Ben was a fantastic communicator and was very kind in meeting us at the bus station to personally escort us to the apartment on the way he gave us a brilliant review of Estepona which was helpful. There was a lovely welcome gift for us on arrival. The location is 10 minute walk from the port where there are lots of places to eat and 5 minutes to the old town with shopping, restaurants and culture . The apartment is very comfortable enhanced by the great taste in decor and furnishings which made the stay enjoyable, the kitchen is very well equipped and the quality of bedding and mattress made for 4 nights great sleep, there is a little outside sound but not enough to disturb your sleep. Overall we had a fabulous stay in Bens apartment and would highly recommend this.
