A spacious and comfortable apartment with air conditioning on the 2nd floor of a traditional building in the heart of Florence. . Perfect location arriving by car (Parking), train (less than 5 minutes from the train station of Santa Maria Novella, Fortezza da Basso and San Lorenzo Market. It comfortably sleeps up to six people with two double bedroom and one attic with two twinbeds. The living room has a the kitchen with all the required amenities: refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, oven, micro-vawe, kettle, Italian coffee maker and iron/ ironing-board.

Great place to stay

Our family of 5 enjoyed this property and location. The pictures are just how the listing shows. It is a close walk to everything you want to see and many great restaurants along the way. The host was great to work with and very helpful. We would recommend this location to family and friends.

Comfortable, Clean and Roomy

The apartment was very clean. We had hoped to use the upper loft, but that was closed by the owner. They did make up the sofa bed which my daughter slept on and said it was very comfortable. The owner communicated very quickly if we had any questions or concerns and resolved any issues. The online entry was a little confusing at first but once we got used to it we had no problems. We would definitely recommend this location.

Reviewing management not exact property

In full transparency, I did not stay at this apartment. The day prior to check in, I was notified by the rental manager Marialaura that there was an issue with the boiler which would not be fixed before check in. I was offered a full refund or a stay at a similar but different property. As I was already on vacation in Italy and didn’t want to deal with the stress or waste my time finding another rental, I accepted a stay at a similar property under same management at Via Zannoni 1. The location for both apartments near SMN train station was superb. Getting in and out of Florence was easy. The market for shopping was a stones throw away. And we had hundreds of restaurants and bars to choose from right outside our door. So even though there was a hiccup, we were treated well and everything worked out fine.
