Dining room leading into a well-equipped kitchen divided by a partition. Double bedroom with an ensuite marble bathroom with a large shower.– Second floor: Sitting room leading into a small double bedroom divided by a partition. Bathroom with shower.



Mandatory: City Tax of 3,5€ each per day, for max 10 days (no guys under 10 years) After 8pm you have the pay 40€ to late check-in Please, don’t leave lights, water valves and air conditioners turned on when you are not in the apartment; in Italy the electricity consumption is really very expenses ! Please, don’t scream and shout in the building or in the apartment, be respectful of neighbors. There are some family that live in the building! There is a vaporetto-boat landing just outside the door and Piazza San Marco is three stops away.
