Welcome to the chalet Aubier a quiet place ideal for lovers of peace and nature you will spend precious moments with family or friends. For more information our site.
Furnished for 2 to 8 people, kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dining area for 8 people, fondue, stone grill, raclette.
Completely renovated in 2017
 
Sitting area with corner sofa and fireplace, TV internet access wifi.
Bathroom with tub and sink, separate toilet.
On the floor a second room of water with washbasin shower wc and 3 rooms:
1 room 1 bed 160 and a baby cot all the equipment for baby mattress of exchange high chair ...
1 room 2 beds 1 place modular in double bed 160 and 2 bunk beds

Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, panoramic mountain view.
Local ski and bike. Car park.
Pets are allowed.
We offer services: linen rental, meals at the cottage or hostel 100 meters. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Possible rent for weekend except holidays and reduced prices for mid weekend (Monday to Friday)
Access: By car: motorway exit Annecy 20 km then follow the path up the Aravis Thônes. TGV station of Annecy. By plane Geneva airport 50 km or 20 km Meythet.

Nestled in the heart of the Aravis, a little corner of paradise, all year you discover the charm
Stations and authentic villages next to the old chalets Manigod, La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.
In the winter you will be close to the many activities of the mountain: From 10 to 15 minutes by car or shuttles the ski slopes, cross-country skiing, the departure of walks large car park at the collar of the Cross Fry, a huge territory of off piste skiing, free ride and hiking in seal skins or snowshoes or ice rink, indoor pool. The toboggan run is next to the chalet. The proximity of Annecy is also a great asset to visit the Old Town (the little Venice of the Alps)

Sylvain est un hôte exceptionnel : réactif, gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. La communication a été fluide du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille à la montagne dans ce chalet. Celui-ci était parfaitement propre et correspondait en tous points à la description. L'accueil a été irréprochable, avec Sylvain, toujours souriant et très agréable. Les services optionnels étaient de qualité, et Sylvain était très réactif et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Chalet au top

Chalet parfait pour un séjour au ski à Manigod, à 15mn de la station et à 5mn des commerces. le chalet est parfaitement équipé et l'hygiène est au rdv. le sauna et le jacuzzi un vrai plus après une journée de ski. Allez y les yeux fermés. seul petit bémol la table basse du séjour qui reste inutilisable car le plan est trop incliné pour déposer des choses à plat. Sylvain est très accueillant et prévenant. tout etait parfait.

Très bonne installation, dommage qu'il y ai que 2 vraies chambres car la 3 est minuscule, nous qui étions 3 couples pas top. Le propriétaire à l'écoute. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi 4 soir, car à la fin c'était limite. Très bon séjour.

Annonce trompeuse

Refroidis dès notre arrivée . Gérante pas aimable du tout et répond aux messages quand elle le souhaite. Vaisselle sale retrouvée dans les placards et poils dans la baignoire. Argent demandé à notre arrivée pour mettre en service le jacuzzi alors que cela n’était pas spécifié dans le contrat et que nous le pensions inclus dans le prix déjà élevé du chalet. Aucun geste de la part de la propriétaire n’a été effectué.. Étant nous même loueur/bailleur nous essayons toujours d’être le plus juste et de trouver des communs accords avec nos locataires, ce qui parait compliqué pour la gérante de ce chalet. Heureusement que Sylvain est gentil et aimable pour relever un peu le niveau ! Malgré tout emplacement sympa, à proximité de la charmante petite ville de thones et pas très loin d’Annecy. Chalet fonctionnel pour une famille, cependant attention si vous avez un bébé les lumières s’allument automatiquement et donne directement sur le berceau du bébé (réveil assuré) donc prévoyez votre lit parapluie ou changez le berceau de place. 2 vrais chambre, la troisième est si petite que pour un couple il est impossible de dormir à deux. Le jacuzzi super sympa mais pas accessible les derniers jours faute de nettoyage.

Chalet très propre, fonctionnel et aménagé avec goût. L emplacement est idéal : à la fois proche des commerces de Thones ( 5min en voiture) et des départs de randonnées. L accueil a été très bien fait avec une petite attention très appréciable : un feu de cheminée prêt à être allumé. Merci à Claudine et à son fils pour l accueil

Magnifique vue sur la montagne

Chalet que nous avons apprécié de part sa situation et son aménagement; petit bémol pour nous : la route en contrebas uniquement parce que nous dormons la fenêtre ouverte. Possibilité de prendre un excellent et copieux petit-déjeuner à deux pas du chalet à « l’Auberge du Fraizier » et le tout couronné par le sourire et la gentillesse de Sylvain.

Chalet agréable et confortable, très bien équipé

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans le chalet. La situation nous convenait parfaitement, avec le village et les stations à distance raisonnable. Le chalet est très au calme et la vue est très agréable. A l'intérieur les lieux sont très bien agencés, manifestement rénovés récemment, décorés de façon assez originale, le chalet est très propre et équipé de façon très complète dans les moindres détails. Pour conclure, tout était parfait, jusqu'aux petits détails de l'accueil par ailleurs sympathique, de quoi faire un feu, de quoi faire ses premiers cafés etc... La seule petite mention moins positive concerne l'accès routier et piéton, la pente des derniers mètres de la route desservant le chalet, qui n'avaient pas été déneigés et du coup étaient recouverts de glace, a été parfois délicate à pratiquer, crampons recommandés ! Nous aurons envie de revenir en été.

Chalet impeccable et proche de la Clusaz / Manigod ou du Grand Bornand

L'accueil est impeccable et le chalet parfaitement équipé (jusqu'au sèche linge ce qui est franchement top après le ski...). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et arrangeant. Le fait de payer l'eau et l’électricité en plus de la location est très équitable et permet de louer un chalet à un prix très correct. l'accès à la clusaz par deux accès est également très appréciable. Cela permet d'aller soit directement à la Clusaz par la route classique (15 minutes) ou d'y aller via Manigod (25 minutes), mais on évite les bouchons du week-end... Merci à Sylvain pour sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons c'est sur, aussi bien en été qu'en hiver.
