Appartamento Filippo is part of a typical Tuscan country house completely renovated, located on the ground floor
From the large garden surrounding the house you can enjoy a splendid view of the famous towers of the city of San Gimignano and the hills
It is very bright and airy and is' finished according to the highest standards of local tradition to offer the best relaxation
It consists of a large entrance hall with a fireplace and armchairs
Full kitchen with fridge, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave, table and chairs.
 The room has a double bed (on request it is possible to add a single bed for a third person); bathroom with shower, sink, and w. c
. Free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
 Coin-operated washing machine in the common laundry room. Heating and air conditioning on request for a fee
In the beautiful pergola garden with barbecue table chairs, from here you can enjoy a magnificent view of San Gimignano and the surrounding countryside

Het appartement had geen uitzicht, geen bescherming tegen de zuiderzon. Het uitzicht was een parkeerplaats met 9 wagens. Binnen onvoldoende licht om te lezen. Zijn daarom een vroeger vertrokken dan gepland.
