Grand Pointe 710 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with wet bar and separate laundry room. There are 2 full baths and one half bath. The gulf-side master has an en suite bathroom. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom. The half bath is off the hall way and attached to laundry room. Accommodates up to 8 people

Grand Pointe is 8 story building located in Orange Beach approximately 8.1 mile East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Grand Pointe has an outdoor beach side pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, showers, sauna, steam room and gas grilling area covered by huge pergola.

Grand Pointe Association mandates a 25-year age limit. There is a two-car parking limit. Covered/garage parking is for owners only. Available for monthly rentals during the months of December, January, and February only.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

We have rented this unit before, and will likely rent it again. Meets all our needs. The only issues were that the garbage disposal wasn’t working and one side of the kitchen sink wasn’t usable. Waited to report this until the day we left, so should be fixed by now. There’s also a glass shelf missing in the fridge, limiting a little capacity. Those were minor issues for a unit so nice. This condo is on a great part of the beach.

Great location but unit 710 needs some maintenance and cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Grand Point location and have stayed a few times prior in other units. Low density, less crowded beaches even in July. Unfortunately Grand Point 710 with its amazing views was not very clean with multiple maintenance issues that need addressed. Floors were filthy requiring footwear at all times. The guest bath did not drain properly resulting in standing water covering feet while showering. And water still standing in tub the next morning. Also a wobbly toliet. Master bath tub has a constant drip...a lot of wasted water. The refrigerator needs attention or replacement. No glass shelf over crisper drawers equals reduced storage capacity. The top glass shelf had broken plastic rim and attachments, it was barely hanging in fridge...we removed it for fear of it falling, breaking and cutting us. The refrigerator was brought up in a review in April so we assumed by our stay in July it would have been repaired and/or replaced. We called our rental company immediately upon arrival regarding glass shelf and condition of refrigerator. This could be a wonderful rental unit if some attention was given to maintenance repairs, cleanliness and some updates particularly the refrigerator. Would rent again if these were addressed.

Quick getaway with family

We took a 3 day 4 night getaway with kids, ages 20.20,and 18. We stayed at this lovely 2 BR, 2 1/2 BA location. Plenty of room. The 2nd BR has full bed and bunk bed.

Wonderful fall vacation

My sister and I had a wonderful fall trip to the beach. The property overlooks the gulf and corner of the pass. We appreciated the outdoor furniture on the balcony, including high chairs so you can see over the railing and lounge chairs for relaxing.

Wonderful facility. 710 is a wonderful unit. Big shaded balcony with fantastic view. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Stocked well in kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of beach toys.The clothes dryer did not work and there are no coat hangers. A bit of a long walk to get to the beach. Great pool…

The beach is beautiful to watch from the balcony. You got to see all the fishing boats coming out in the mornings. They set out chairs and umbrellas for you in the mornings and they take them down in the evening and that is real nice. I would definitely stay there again.

It was unavailable this year and we were fortunate to be able to find another condo available which face both the Backwater and ocean front and absolutely loved it as we always do there. The condo was sufficient and the balcony was absolutely awesome as we were a six adult and one child group. The room was actually ready much earlier than we expected so there was no waiting when we arrived in Orange Beach. Love staying on that end of the beach as it is quiet and uncrowded. Our 4-year-old loves the pools when tired of the beach. It is beautifully landscaped and really is a wonderful place to escape for a few days.

Grande Pointe is fantastic!

The condo overall was very nice. The bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom were fantastic! Was a little disappointed in furnishings in kitchen - only 4 small pots - needs a set of all sizes. AC couldn’t be regulated below 74, which is a little warm. Since it does have a keyless entry, would have been nice to check in on the app and have instructions texted or emailed - instead of having to go to Gulf Shores office to picked up a baggie with instructions. 🤷🏻‍♀️
