HOW TO BOOK:

A 5-minute drive from the Sitges area, the Vallpineda urbanization is a very well-maintained urbanization, with extreme vigilance and care. It is a very quiet area for perfect relaxation.

Important aspects to reserve your stay:

1 - You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no costs).

The Vrbo Assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods. Allows you to use their customer service and assistance during your stay.

2 - Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/towels and pool. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings etc.

3 - This cleaning costs €275/week

5 - In low season from October to March: If you stay for 1 month, supplement of €800/month for water, electricity and gas costs depending on actual consumption.
