VILLA CORALLO - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

A nice villa for summer holidays perfectly inserted in the beautiful Mediterranean pine forest of Roccamare only 2 km distance from the famous town of Castiglione della Pescaia. The villa is ideally suitable for outdoor living, it  is located on the ground floor with patio doors opening onto the front garden that cover an area of approx 5000 sqm.
The beach can be easily reached by feet in some minutes walking.
This summer house consists of 4 bedrooms   (double or twin on request) and  4 bathrooms. There is a modern and stylish living-room with French windows which lead to the garden, with sofas and dining table, a kitchen with oven , fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas fires, a semi-covered outdoor equipped patio. Laundry area with washing machine and ironing (shared with the annex Villa). Two private parking and covered spaces.
Guests of the villa have their own private beach hut with table and chairs and a private cabin (to be used as a changing room or to store beach equipment). Access to this area is not allowed to outsiders.
The villa is surrounded by a wide private park, equipped with a seating area for about 10 people, a barbecue and a large table for dining with family or friends.
Roccamare has a nice sandy beach where you can walk and a beach with crystal clear water. Around the area there are all kinds of entertainment for children and adults, tennis courts, bars and restaurants. From the exclusive pine forest of the villa, there is a bike path that leads to the village.
