GREAT LAKEVIEW CONDO WITH NAUTICAL VIBES. 2 BEDROOMS AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

Small complex with one owner and all units & outside patios are now Marijuana Smoke Free! (Cigarette smoking still allowed). This amazing 2 Bedroom/1 bath newly remodeled condo is just off Bagnell Dam. 2 guest maximum. This small quiet complex has a great view overlooking the marina. (Private Marina, no overnight boat rental slips and no guest access to water or docks). Exceptionally clean and spacious! Just a block off of Bagnell Dam Strip so it's a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants, bar & grills, and shopping.. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils. All linens and towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps are provided. Just need to bring personal belongings and beach towels. Condo is part of a 4 unit on a private 5 acre estate right in town. Sit on the front patio and watch the wildlife or sit on the back lakeside deck and watch the activity on the lake.

We loved everything about this rental! Close to everything but still felt secluded and private. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of extra paper towels, toilet paper and had everything we needed to make dinner. Enjoyed watching the wildlife as well. So neat seeing the deer graze in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely be back.
