This three + bedroom house which sleeps 6 people is only 2 minutes from the Beach and boat ramp, 2 minutes from Cowes. Our house location is in a quite street among established homes and provides close proximity to all of Phillip Island attractions. This house is set up with new furniture, Foxtel, High speed WIFI and all modern entertainment equipment including a whole house water filtration system proving filtered drinking water from every tap and chlorine and chemical free showers.
Off street secure parking is at the property with convenient remote operated roller door and house access via the garage. The house is also situated across from a park that offers visitors with children a place for the kids to play close to the house and can be seen from the comfort of the lounge room.
The owners of this property have high standards in the presentation of the property and have enjoyed multiple return clients over the years. The house appears on AIRBNB, Homeaway and across many other sites. Reviews for this property can be found on Homeaway and Stays and we are grateful for many extremely positive feedback from past guests. If you are bookings our property or any other property after the 1st of January 2025,unfortunitally the Victorian State Labor Government have imposed a 7.5% tax on your families Holiday and this tax will be collected by this rental site as part of your booking fees and sent to this State Government due to its inability to manage this states debt. please remember this when you next vote. On average your booking for a week will cost your family an extra $100.00.
