PENINSULA VALLARTA- LUXURIOUS AND WELL APPOINTED - MONTHLY DISCOUNTS

The Peninsula is one of the most luxurious condominium complexes in all of Puerto Vallarta. The building includes a state of the art fitness facility, massage therapist on te premises, free wi-fi in condo, stunning lobby and a huge infinity pool right off the the beach. The complex is surrounded by reflection pools giving it the illusion of being on its own island. The property is monitored by security 24 hours a day. Centrally located, the Peninsula is on the beach, and a short walk to the new La Isla Shopping Center, restaurants, banks, movies and grocery stores. It is a short drive to downtown/Old Town, golf, airport, marina, more restaurants, bars, beaches and the Malacon (board walk).

On one of the upper floors of this beautiful property is home to the spacious 2350 sq. feet Casa Bonita condominium. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with rain shower heads, this lovely, contemporary beauty sleeps six.


The unit has 2 large balconies, one off of the bedrooms and other off of the living/dining area with floor to ceiling doors and spectacular ocean, mountain, or city views from most rooms. Casa Bonita has been professionally decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and amenities. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. There are 2 flat-screen T.V.'s in the condo, plus English cable, wireless internet, DVD player and full-size washer/dryer in the unit. You have all the comforts of home to make your vacation all the more enjoyable.

Picture yourself drinking cocktails, watching the breathtaking sunsets, watching the cruise ships pull into port, whale watching and so much more from the balcony of this beautiful condominium.

Concierge is available on the premises to help you arrange local excursions, taxi’s, dinner reservations, etc. My property manager is easily accessible if you should need her.
Note: Just want to mention...the reason that there have been no reviews since 2019 is because there has been a long term occupant in the condo for several years.

What a view

Everything is as showed and stated if I could change one thing is that the renter pays the electricity bill the days he occupies the property I believe it should be included in the rental. This condo is great, very clean and everything is in working order. The owner is fantastic, she called as soon as we booked and offered up her favorite places to go. If you can rent this condo don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed. The unit is right on the beach with a great pool. When we go back to PV we will look to rent this unit first.

When arrived around 6PM, when we first into the living room, wonderful sunset ocean view just say ””hola” to us! The building is very safe, security guards 24 hours there. Swimming pool is nice and not crowded, Kids love it:) under swimming pools has one small gate can directly go to the beach, very convenient.the balcony view is unique, can see sailboat, cruise ship, birds, and Paragliding very clear! Homeowner Minda is so kind and sweet, prepared a lot of life necessities and condiment, help us a lot. Washer and dryer very helpful.by the way, a lot of good restaurants are nearby by walking distance.you also can exchange peso just next to the community plaza, great rates. If need buy supermarket stuffs, can just use Uber eats, they super fast.our family,3 adults with 2 kids had a super super wonderful 6 days vacation.we come from California, We lived a lot of homestay, we highly recommend this one!!

LUXURIOUS STAY ON THE OCEAN

This was my first stay at the condo. I had viewed the photos on the internet but when I walked in the door to the condo I was dazzled by the beautiful backdrop the ocean provides to this bright and open space. The condo is tastefully decorated, but the most relaxing amenities inside the condo were the cool ocean breeze and the continuous sound of the waves hitting the shoreline. I spent hours relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the magnificent sunsets. The condo is located in a quieter area of town with a very clean white sand beach. The pool is spacious and refreshing and well maintained. The town is a short ride away. I enjoyed using the well-equipped fitness room and the comfortable movie theater. I highly recommend a stay in this condo for anyone seeking rest and relaxation in a luxurious place on the ocean!

We have stayed in other condos in this same area. This one is by far the nicest one. We were greeted by the property manager upon our arrival. She made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The condo is well maintained and beautifully furnished. It has an atmosphere of a home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Luxurious Condo!!

As soon as we opened the door to come in to this stupendous and modern condo on the 19th floor of tower 2, we couldn’t believe the breathtaking views on both sides of it as well as the condo itself; on the living area side the marvelous sea and in the rooms side, you can enjoy the city views, it has everything you need and more to feel as if you where staying at a 5 star hotel, every room has its own bathroom, very clean and neat decorated, very modern, you will not want to leave, better than the pictures, we really enjoyed our stay here and staff is really courteous and always willing to help you. Thank you Minda for letting us enjoy your beautiful “CASA BELLA” !!

Amazing condo!

Those views! All I can say is WOW! Sunrises on the front balcony and sunsets, the ocean, and the pool on the back. This was the best pool I have ever seen. I do wish there was a bar or pool service on site, though. Also wish they allowed music at the pool. This condo had everything you need and is located in a very prestigious part of town close to higher end shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner, Minda, is perfect. We had a little miscommunication due to emails with Lilly, but resolved that quickly. Very comfortable. Traveled with my husband. 18 year old daughter, 13 year old son. 20 year old niece, and 78 year old mother in law. Was roomy enough for all of us. Very secure place which is good, although confusing at first as security did not speak English and were unable to tell us what they needed. While we were there we experienced an earthquake and being on the 19th floor was very scary as the building was actually swaying for a few minutes!! But there was no mention of this (we googled it) no follow up with any of the residents/guests. Be aware of the electricity you use as there are additional charges if you go over the allotted amount, but Minda makes you aware of that ahead of time. I would definitely recommend staying at the Peninsula Vallarta and especially in this beautiful Casa Bella unit!

Condo is awesome. Breathtaking view of the bay. Complex is very secure, clean and peaceful. Pool is great and was never crowded. Lilly (property manager) prepurchased groceries and we were able yo cook meals without issue. Knives could have been sharper but we made it work. Absolutely great rental and community that we look forward to visiting again.

We can't say enough great things about our stay at Minda's condo. The views were breathtaking. And although the week we stayed was off-season, the weather was great! The infinity pool was amazing! We greatly appreciated the recommendations for the restaurants. All were a hit. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff in the building were very friendly and very helpful with site seeing recommendations. This was definitely one of our best trips. You can't go wrong staying in this rental. Thank you Minda!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable vacation spot. The rooms were even larger than I imagined in the photos. The highlight is the beautiful deck with fabulous views overlooking the water. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room with 3 couples. It was great to have a bathroom for each room. Beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious and comfortable. A+

PV Condo was Exactly as advertised! Beautiful view lots of space, super secure and lovely furniture. The pool is enormous and beach sand and water spectacular! The birds-eye view and sounds of the surf made our vacation better than our honeymoon! Very clean and modern condo. Minda and her team took care all of our needs. When we had a few minor service issues, they were addressed very quickly. We took a snorkel tour , but pretty lame. The boats are not super modern or clean. But the beach massages and wave runners were awesome. I will for sure recommend 100% and love to return to this condo. I may even buy one at PV!

This is a magnificent condominium located in a privileged area, I say because I have the fortune to go to Vallarta for more than fifty years and had been in condominiums and apartments from Twin Cities to the area of ​​La Marina, but yours is the what I liked the most I congratulate you on your good taste and hope on another occasion to be your guest again. This opinion is shared by my wife, my brothers and sisters-in-law who spent a few very happy days.

Luxurious is an Understatement

My wife and 2 kids had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Minda's condo. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. A quick trip to Walmart for groceries had us stocked for convenient and easy mornings and days spent by the magnificent pool. The luxuriousness of Minda's condo was only matched by the beautiful lobby and the largest pool in Puerto Vallarta, where we spent a good amount of time. I was only half surprised to learn that they had top quality massage services on the premises, and very inexpensive to boot. Being centrally located and right next to the brand new, high end La Isla outdoor shopping center and theaters and the adjacent restaurant row was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta, in large part due to our great accommodations. We highly recommend it and hope to be back again soon!

Your incredible decorating- art, decor, furniture and the use of colors enhances and compliments the condo's spectacular, incredible views. Definitely 5 star- top notch- throughout! An extra plus of your condo we appreciate is your outdoor furniture on both the front and back balconies which allows one to sit in comfort and be able enjoy both the morning sunrise over the mountains,city view and the gorgeous ocean views and fabulous sunsets. Most Beautiful

Beautiful condo, well appointed. Common areas well maintained, great location. This property is one of the best I've seen in PV. Modern furniture and even included most paper products. Everything is taken care of. Would definitely rent this property again.

We are from Illinois, where the summers can be steamy, but the winters were meant for those that like the snow and bone chilling cold. That's not us!! Our family enjoys being outdoors, at the beach, in the sunshine! We love P.V. , especially in the winter months. The weather is absolutely glorious!!

Why they chose this property

Puerto Vallarta has it all. The mountains, the beach, the incredible sunsets and many fun activities. We never get bored there. We fell in love with the Peninsula. It is, by far, the most beautiful resort in P.V. and the he ammenties far exceed any other condominium complex in the entire area. It was love at first sight!!
