Linriebie is prime accommodation nestled among two acres of karri forest with adequate parking for cars and a boat. It is just a two minute drive to Hamelin Beach where you can enjoy your favourite water sports and access to a boat ramp. Hamelin Bay is a beautiful beach with many wild life attractions to be seen including dolphins, whales and stingrays.

Linriebie offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus an outside bush shower), air conditioned accommodation. It caters for a maximum of eight people with the four bedroom configurations containing a king bed, queen bed, double bed and single, and two single beds. A cot and highchair are available on request. Linen can be hired or if you wish you can provide your own.

It has a fully equipped, modern kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, bread maker and much more; laundry facilities with dryer, iron and washing machine; lounge room with satellite television, blue tooth sound system, cosy combustion wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. It also has a spacious outdoor decking area on which to relax, cook a barbecue or dine.

It is a peaceful and relaxing getaway; just a stone's throw from the vibrant townships of Margaret River and Augusta and their surrounding attractions.

Lovely spot in the forest only 5 min drive to the beach. Kids loved the swings and explorer/play areas - very well set up.Huge house and probably the best equipped of all the properties we have stayed at over the years.

Excellent property with everything you need, plus loads of extras for kids in the grounds. Very thiughtdul to have so many extra touches for the wholw family. We appreciated the playground, fire pit, games cupboard and the perfectly tranquil setting. Would definitely reocmmend to others.

Amazing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2 minutes to Hamelin Bay. House is well located, peaceful and clean. Inside is nice and spacious. Big enough for two little families. We loved the outside also, the fire pit and the swing was well enjoyed by our teens. Steve was ever so helpful, always responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you. Peaceful, stunning property a minute from the beach

We stayed 4 nights (2 adults and 2 kids) and wish we could have stayed longer. Only a minutes drive from the stunning hamelin bay beach, the house is on a gorgeous tree filled property. There was heaps of room on the huge verandah overlooking the trees. There's even a tyre swing (which our kids loved) and a fort for them to play on. The house was lovely, super comfortable beds and couches and lots of room. 100% recommend, great for couples and families.

What a warm inviting cosy house. 2 adults 5 kids & every age was catered for. Toys books puzzles full working kitchen, the fire place was amazing for our winter mini holiday. The kids loved the bush property tyre swing, fort, kangaroos. And on the kitchen wall was a fun map picture of the block so kids would be running in & out trying to find all the spots & animals like Paul the possums. Loved this place, kids want to come back but summer so they can see the sting rays
