A lovely family home with everything you could need. Close to lots of attractions like caves, lighthouse, river cruise. Short drive to the maze and Margaret River wineries. Also convenient to the local pub, cafes and shops for supplies.

Great spot for families

We had a lovely time in Augusta. The house was beautiful and a great location! The top and bottom levels made it really easy for two families to spread out and the kids loved it too.

Spacious and Stylish Holiday Home

We feel very fortunate to have stayed in this spacious and very stylish holiday home. It is 2-storey, has 4-bedrooms, multiple sitting areas, a wonderful view, and is conveniently located, close to the shop, cafes, pub etc. Would be great for a large extended family or two smaller families staying together. We would stay here again and strongly recommend.

This house was perfect for our party of 6: 2 children and four adults.The split level layout allows for separation when needed and the table tennis was a big hit with the kids! Beautiful location we will be back

Fantastic house with everything you could possibly need. So close to town, you can park the car and walk everywhere. Awesome views from the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Augusta

Really well set up property with great spaces and views. Downstairs was nice with space to spread and chill out. Upstairs layout of kitchen, verandah and lounge / dinning was very spacious. Good size garage made parking easy. Very convenient short walk in to town for coffees, groceries and bits. Would stay again.

Spectacular property beyond my expectations!

A perfect house for being together but having the space to spread out. Beautiful views of the river and the ocean. Gorgeous flowering plants outside which attracted lots of birds. Within walking distance to everything you might need. Comfy furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. We really felt at home. Thank you.

Just simply the best

We came for a long weekend, 2 families with 3 teens onboard. Photos don’t do this house justice. The downstairs living area was a perfect hangout for the girls and the upstairs deck was outstanding for a few nice reds and bbq while enjoying the fab views. Enough space to not be tripping over each other with all of the luxuries of home. Great winter escape with a cosy fire. And Location also super handy when you find you’ve run out of that red. Short walk to the pub and shops!!! Faultless

Absolutely perfect for a family getaway.

We stay in Augusta every year and decided to try a house instead of camping and I’m so glad we did. This home is absolutely perfect. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, cosy lounge and great views from upstairs. Downstairs is set up well so kids can enjoy that space while the adults enjoy the views from upstairs. Balcony is a great size and safe for the kids. There is a baby gate on the top of the inside staircase as well as the top of the outside balcony stairs so felt very safe. We rebooked before we’d even checked out for next year. Can’t wait to come back!
