Stunning mountain views and well kept gardens and birdlife. Great location and setting. Ample room for guests made it a comfortable stay. Instructions for operating oven would be beneficial. For its price bracket a very nice play to stay.

Annual family weekend away

House was neat, clean and big enough for the family with beds to spare. Beautiful view when sitting out on the balcony and from the rooms inside. Well kept gardens with loads of flowers. A short drive to Melany and the Australian Zoo.

Beautiful View

We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The property was private and had a great view. As it was cold we made use of the fire which was lovely. There was enough space and amenities for the 10 of us. Enjoyed the stay.

Long Weekend

Great mini break, lots of privacy, surrounded by nature, with amazing views. Only a short drive to the trendy Main Street of Maleny. Gardner Falls was a beautiful morning outing, a day at Australia Zoo, and a half day at Caloundra beach was a great way to fill our time.

Absolutely fantastic!

This is our new home away from home. It was absolutely amazing! From the initial contact with the property managers right through to our check out process was an absolute breeze. The accommodation was clean, tidy, homely, and not to mention the views - absolutely stunning. With the benefit of hindsight, we would have made this our base for our holiday - We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for making our time there so special.

We were very happy with the accommodation. The beds were super comfy and the property manager was excellent at getting back to us regarding more firewood. We did however have an issue with the second toilet so we were unable to use that which was a bit challenging with so many women are all in all it was excellent. We will come again and I would recommend for a group

Lavender house has beautiful views. How's was very musty on arrival and needed lots of airing out.

Tried to use the spa but the water was freezing. Waste of time having it. Aircon in bedrooms would be nice as can be very muggy.

On the Stayz site it states that Lavender House is 0.4km from the main centre of Maleny. This needs to be rectified, a long way away from main centre. Some Reno's have been started (bathrooms) but the ceilings are in urgent need of a clean and fresh paint. A couple of the beds are in urgent need of replacement, Fly screens need to be put in all the windows. But great views.

Very spacious and plenty of room. It catered for what we wanted it for and the views are amazing. Didn't get to sit outside much as it was cold and windy. Will need to return in the warmer months, however it was great to have a fire place.

Overall a great stay, plenty of room, beds were comfy and we loved the wood fire. You need to change the distance from the township of Maleny. Your listing states is .2km from the town centre, but it's actually a 10 minute drive. Also, don't leave your bread out on the bench overnight, we had some hungry visitors who chomped into it, and left their calling card! 🤣

Needs a bit of love

The property was in a lovely spot, a great size with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was a good size for 5 ladies ageing gracefully. The kitchen was well equiped. The views were amazing but the cobwebs at every window, dead bugs around light fixtures and a musty smell put a bit of a downer on the weekend. The shower in the large upstairs bathroom leaked a lot of water on the floor and the downstairs kettle just leaked. We all thought that the house needed a “bit of love.
