3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Single Family Home located on a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is well maintained and kept immaculately clean throughout the year. The split floor plan is spacious with master bed and bathroom on the left side of the house with the two guest bedrooms on the opposite side past the living and kitchen area. High ceilings offer a feeling of ease and clarity to enjoy with peace of mind. The area offers beautiful scenery and perfect weather throughout the winter months with many things to do and places to see in addition to the must-see award winning beaches.

The home comes fully furnished with 2 Queen size beds and 2 double bedss. All linens, blankets, pillows and bed sheets included. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware including utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc.. Cable televeision and high-speed internet are also included.

Very clean and helpful amenities

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that was available for our use. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Good location and close to everything we wanted

This is a beautiful house in excellent condition. The communication with the property owner was excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone. I hope it is available for our trip next season as well.

Northport Gem

The home is located in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. The property is as advertised and we were very comfortable for our three month stay. The few issues that we had in the beginning were handled immediately by the property manager and the owners. It is a short drive to three beaches and easy access to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and Venice. We had a great time.

Overall the place was nice. Quiet neighborhood, about 30 minute ride to the beaches. We had to leave 11 days before our check out date because everything was closing in Florida. We did ask the owner if they would possibly refund any portion of our rental because many owners through vrbo, Airbnb and homeaway were allowing that. However, they decided they wouldn't do that. Disappointed.
