Pacific View provides all the elements required for a relaxing and fun filled holiday.

A modern and well equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. The huge rear deck is a great area to relax and enjoy BBQ breakfasts and dinners with family and friends. Ocean views and a bushy outlook make the deck an ideal setting to unwind.

The large master bedroom has an ensuite and WIR.

The fully enclosed back yard provides a safe area for the children to play.

Take a leisurely walk to the patrolled beautiful Mollymook Beach. Easy driving to Ulladulla, Burrill Lake and Milton.

The bedding configuration: bedrooms 1 & 2 queen size bed in each, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and pull out single bed trundle, 4th bedroom is the bunk room which has 2 upper and one lower single bed and lower double bed. There is an additional fold up bed suitable for a child in cupboard.

Sheets and bath towels are provided at no additional charge. Beach towels are to be supplied by tenant.

There are Board games for all ages, Jigsaw puzzles, Books, Magazines and DVDs.

What to do?

Whether you enjoy the surf & sand or a tranquil pool there are a variety of swimming options.
There is a choice of beaches - Mollymook Beach 7 Mins walk; Narrawallee Beach and Racecourse Beach.

Pools are located at the Ulladulla Leisure centre with 50m pool and a Sea Pool at Ulladulla Harbour during summer.

Other activities include ten pin bowling, 2 golf courses, tennis courts, lawn bowls, fishing and guided fossil walks at low tide.

For some retail therapy head to Milton and Ulladulla or explore other local towns and villages a short drive away. Regular weekend markets are held nearby. Check the local newspaper or tourism brochures for details.

There are four clubs in Mollymook and Ulladulla with free courtesy buses available.

Eating Out
There are dining choices for all budgets and occasions.

Four local clubs provide reasonably priced bistro meals. Cuppit's winery, Carlos and Rick Stein's @ Bannisters are some of the restaurants for that special celebration.

There are a feast of restaurants and cafes for Casual Dining in Burrill Lake, Milton, Mollymook and Ulladulla.

The perfect place

This house was just perfect. It was close enough to the beach, the rooms were a good size. We loved the deck with views of the ocean. Communication was also excellent.

Wonderfully relaxing

A fantastic holiday home, well set out, with plenty of space for everyone to relax as they please. Bedrooms are big, the bathrooms modern, the kitchen is really well equipped, and the deck is great for outdoor meals and enjoying the ocean view all day. Handy to the beach and shops, almost perfect, really! We hope to stay again soon.

Excellent holiday home

Perfect home - beautifully clean, light and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing weekend. Ann is a generous host who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend Pacific View as a great holiday home for families or large friend groups. Loved it

Relaxing short stay in Pacific View

We stayed in Pacific View during Easter long weekend. We were two families with small kids and this place was quite large to accommodate 10 of us comfortably. Very good location with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the back deck, clean spacious property, nice kitchen, backyard for kids to play, good BBQ machine - Pacific View had everything we needed for relaxing short holiday. Close proximity to the local beach, playground, cafe and other natural attractions were a bonus. More importantly we found Ann to be an excellent host. She responded our pre booking enquires promptly. We had no issues during our stay so didnt need to bother her but we found she left some useful tips around the house to make it more comfortable for the guests. Overall, very happy with our stay in Pacific View and will recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing gateway in Mollymook or Ulladullla. Thank You very much Ann for letting us stay in your property.

Fantastic place

We absolutely loved this place. Great location, clean and tidy and was well equipped for our extended family of 10. The back garden is enclosed and Great for the kids, there is even a stair gate for tiny bubs (which we didn't need to use). Great communication from Ann from booking through to leaving.

Very practical and roomy house

Excellent property - as described amd exactly as photographed. Very clean and very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook our Easter Sunday roast and the outdoor protected deck with the outlook and large table. Everybody had lots of room to move around. The location is excellent with a stroll down to the beach and short drive to Ulladulla or Milton. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just the ticket

This property is just as advertised, but I think it’s hard to capture just how good the deck is. The whole thing has been very well thought out and has everything you need for a great beach holiday. Accommodated 2 families of 4 comfortably. Thank you Ann!

Couldn’t be happier

This house is fantastic for two families as we all had enough room to spread out and relax. We loved the balcony with ocean views and the proximity to the beach. We’d love to stay again. We happened to stay during the bushfires and our host Ann went over and beyond to support us and keep us updated when communications were cut. We hope to return here again.

Lovely house. Very well appointed.

We enjoyed our week at Pacific View. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful rear deck with ocean views. The location is fantastic. Close to beautiful beaches. Also easy access to local shops. Great coffee shop and restaurants plus the fantastic Mollymook golf club.

Great value - great view!

Lovely, well maintained, clean house with everything you need for a carefree south coast break. Perfect for our two families. The rear deck screams summer, seafood BBQ and the view out to the ocean is beautiful.

Excellent property - great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is walking distance to the beach. It was perfectly set up for 2 families staying together. The house had plenty of things for the kids to do, endless board games and DVDs, which kept them occupied during the rainy days whilst we were there. House was clean and quiet spacious with a large deck to relax on with views of the ocean. Will definitely be back!!

Lovely accomodation

We had a wonderful holiday at Mollymook beach, which is a lovely place. The accomodation was lovely and spacious with two TVs so that the bigs could watch the cricket and the girls DVDs. Only 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops. Plenty of room for 10 people and well equipt with a spacious balcony outside overlooking the sea. Would definitely come back again.

A great Time

We had an extended family holiday at Pacific View and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, location and general presentation of the property. Everything was in tip top condition - everything that was required at the facility was provided and was in excellent condition. My family hopefully will join us once again next year in the marvellous town of Mollymook in this very pleasing accommodation

excellent property!!

We have stayed twice at this property and it is perfect for our 2 families needs. Beautiful kitchen and adjoining deck meant many a dinner outside enjoying the  stars.
