The villa can accommodate up to 4 people. (Wifi included in the price)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 75 €. (cash)

2 week stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in this villa which is well located, very secure garden and own pool. Two areas that can be improved are the kitchen implements and crockery is very basic, with some broken items (wine opener, scissors), chipped glasses etc, and the lounge sofas which are uncomfortable to sit on as are sofa beds. Bathrooms are excellent, and plenty of space with two good sized bedrooms (NB only single beds tho). We enjoyed our stay with some stunning areas to visit and great to be able to walk to town. Simple improvements would make this an excellent villa. Thanks

C'est une jolie petite maison située dans un quartier résidentiel tres calme. La piscine est sans aucun doute le point fort de ce lieu. La maison mériterait d'être climatisée car les nuits peuvent être chaudes parfois et les canapés- lits du salon ne sont pas confortables.Pour le reste, nous avons apprécié véritablement cette semaine de vacances.

Maison escala

Très bon séjour, maison agréable à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. La Communication avec l’agence est très rapide. Le seul regret c’était de ne pas avoir la Clim, les ventilateurs sont disponibles. Nous reprendrons cette location pour l’été prochain.

Vacances en couple en juillet/août

Nous avons passez de super vacances, la région est super, le bord de mer rempli de petites boutiques et restaurants. La maison était suffisemment grande pour nous deux. Points à améliorer : il serait vraiment préférable d’investir dans la terrasse pour créer un vrai abri, car comme il y a souvent du vent, le parasol ne peut pas rester ouvert et de ce fait il n’y a pas d’ombre. L’arrière de la maison mériterait d’être plus accueuillant. Cela dit, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour. Merci à l’agence qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes et qui est très sympathique.

Ein dringend renovierungsbedürftiges Haus mit Möbeln wie vom Sperrmüll. Verdreckte Steckdosen und Schalter, nicht funktionierende Lampen und sogar das Toilettenpapier hat man sich gespart. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert.

Ein Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage, das große Grundstück und größtenteils auch das Haus selbst haben uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Leider ist das Bad mit Dusche, besonders die Dusche selbst, sehr klein, sodass man die Badutensilien teilweise auf den Boden stellen musste. Anstelle des fehlenden Sonnenschutzes auf der Terrasse haben wir ein eigenes Sonnensegel gespannt. Sonnenschirme sind aber vorhanden. Leider konnte die Poolbeleuchtung nicht repariert werden. Hervorragend war aber die Garage, in der unsere Fahrräder und viele andere Sachen Platz fanden.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen. Reibungsloser Ablauf mit dem Vermieter, alles in dem Haus vorhanden was man benötigt es fehlt an nichts, manche Möbelstücke/Räume sind vielleicht nicht mehr die neusten aber erfüllen ihren Zweck und sind sauber das zählt für uns. Die Umgebung absolut familiär und ruhig. Der Strand in der Bucht Montgo ist hier absolut zu empfehlen. Waren mit dem Auto angereist und dafür hat es natürlich eine super Lage für Ausflüge, lloret de mar und Barcelona ca. 1 stunde +/- entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Aldi/Lidl in direkter Nähe.

Super séjour mais..

Nous avons passé un super séjour à 4 adultes. Très beau temps, piscine agréable, bien située. Point d’honneur particulier au gérant de la location, Jordan de Melimmo qui s’est montré à l’ecoute durant les mois avant la réservation et durant le séjour. Employés très agréables et discrets. Le seul point négatif car il en faut, il n’y a pas de climatisation dans le logement et très peu d’air, il fait une chaleur difficile à supporter dans le logement jour et nuit. Je recommande cette location.

Un bon choix

Tout d'abord un grand merci à JORDAN de l'Agence MEL IMMO qui nous a donné dès le début de notre contact avec Abritel d'excellentes informations en répondant à toutes nos demandes. Concernant le Maison : elle répond en tous points à nos attentes et correspond parfaitement au descriptif proposé. Étant hors vacances scolaires (françaises) nous avons eu le calme absolu que nous recherchions; ainsi que la possibilité d’amener pu amener avec nous, notre chienne et notre chatte qui ont pu gambader en toute sécurité dans la Propriété (un bon point à signaler pour les détenteurs d'animaux) Maison en excellent état. Piscine et jardin parfaitement entretenus, très régulièrement par du Personnel très discret et performant que nous remercions. Les trois points à revoir sont : - Manque de climatisation (ce point est précisé dans l'annonce, mais la présence du toit terrasse fait radiateur dans la maison ...) - Accès difficile pour notre voiture à l'entrée de la Propriété => obligation de rentrer en marche arrière pour éviter de toucher le sol déformé => prévoir une rampe inclinée bétonnée. - Prévoir un brise-vue pour éviter la proximité de la piscine voisine. Malgré ces trois points minimes, que nous souhaitons voir pris en compte, nous pensons revenir : calme et proximité des commerces et de la plage (5' en voiture / 15' à pieds) nous ont vraiment plu.
