Overall, any issues we ran into the host addressed including some cleanliness issues and needing more towels. The condo has some repairs it needs but overall was a great place to land with our family and friends during dance nationals.

Check-in and parking was convenient. The size of the suite was great. Our group had plenty of room, though we were very minimally in the suite due to convention . When we arrived the balcony was already unlocked which was a little worrisome. After walking onto the balcony I saw a rug over one of the chairs. After removing it, I realized it was covering quite a bit of bird droppings. That was a little disappointing since there was only 1 chair for the balcony then. The kitchen area and washer/dryer were clearly newer/more recently renovated but the rest of the suite really needs updating. Several of the outlets won’t hold a plug, they just fall out of the outlet. The only outlet in the bedroom by the There are also no lights in the bedroom, only 1 single table lamp. The beds/pillows/bedding were very thin and lacking quality. The showers desperately need an overhaul from the shower head that sprays a little crazy to the strange rubber trim around the bottom of the shower that is not sealed down properly. It was gapped with mold/algae underneath. Again, the suite was pretty clean but the “run down” parts were definitely disappointing for the price of the suite.

As of Oct. 26th Both showers and tub area are being renovated. Last time I was in this condo which was yesterday there were 3 chairs on the balcony, Sounds like housekeeping started the balcony and didn't finish it. You should of reached out to me. This was our 4th year at Ocean Walk for NCA/NDA College Nationals, although first stay in unit 411. Perfect location for Bandshell and the Ocean center. Balcony view of oceanfront, pools, and bandshell. Room was as expected and encountered no issues. Great Stay!

This is a great location and view for Daytona Beach and provides a lot of energy and activity if want it or provides relaxation if looking for it. If have teenagers they will love it for Spring Break. If bringing maximum residents then bring some extra towels and need to go get trash bags. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked with what was needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved location.

Best resort on the beach!!!

Great resort with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Pool area is amazing!! Our 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved all of the water features and all of the activities going on around the pool deck for kids.
