High Style Accommodations With Peaceful Patio!

This is another one of our elegant town home properties which provides housing for 6 adults. The master bedroom is quite large and has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and large walk in closet. Each of the other bedrooms has a private vanity/sink area and large walk in closet. Those bedrooms share only a tub/shower and toilet. The living, dining and kitchen are an open concept, great for small gatherings. The eat-in bar provides additional seating. We love these townhomes and now have 3 in our inventory. This one has a double car garage with opener which leads the lovely patio and back door of the unit for maximum security.

WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING RENTALS OF MORE THAN 30 DAYS.

One pet with pet interview. No puppies or large pets or dangerous breeds. Contact management.

College Station get away

We had a very nice get away and change of scenery. Our original plans for going to College Station fell through but we went anyway and are very happy we did, it was good to get away. Except for TV issues and no DVD player, it was great! We will do this again.

The good: The master bed was comfy Location was perfect Garage and a yard Good price Will do long term rentals Plenty of space Nearby park Good storage Bad: Couch was super uncomfortable There are like 6 towels in the whole house - bring your own for bigger groups The rugs were very dirty so we picked them up an don't them back when we left The manager was mostly nice but tried to push us out early because she had someone coming in same day.

I called this guest to confirm departure time and expressly told her that we were NOT rushing her but needed to make sure she was out on time due to next guest coming that afternoon. She told me no problem, she would be out a day earlier and that it would be ok to schedule housekeeping early the next morning. Then she didn’t leave until 24 hrs later than she told us. The unit was left very dirty, linens dyed blue and ripped. Guest had problems following rules, communicating and leaving our property respectfully and in good condition.

Wonderful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was so clean, roomy and comfortable. Having access to the garage and driveway made parking so easy for our 3 family vehicles as we all came from different places. Being able to relax and visit in a home rather than 3 separate hotel rooms made our trip much more pleasant and the location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very accessible to restaurants, shopping and Texas A&M University. We were attending a wedding at Peach Creek Ranch and this location was a very short drive away which was a huge bonus at midnight when it was time to head back to the townhouse. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Clean property, NOT 3/3 and Freezer temp questionable

First off, the property was clean and there were no issues getting in. The manager allowed us to enter in earlier than policy defined so that was a plus as well. As for the negatives, this is NOT a 3/3. It's a master bedroom with en suite and two other bedrooms that share a jack/jill. In my book this means it's a 3/2. Apparently this is detailed in the description but my message to the manager: don't market your property for something it's not and contradict that in the description. Very misleading! I was given the opportunity to get a full refund but at that point it would have been more hassle to find another property. Lastly, I bought a tub of Bluebell ice cream the first night. Long day of work and excited to dive in after a dinner and the ice cream was complete soup. The freezer temps were questionable. Beware you late night ice cream bingers!

We had a great time at this College station property while visiting my daughter. There was plenty of room for our family of six and there were extra chairs so we could all sit around the dining room table and play games. The property was very clean inside and out and included the soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies (if necessary), etc. that we required. You can tell when an experienced team is hosting a property and this team did a fantastic job. We had a couple of questions and the host was very responsive and helpful. My favorite aspect of Hartford Haven is the smaller accommodation for up to 8 at an affordable rate and the spacious feel offering nearly 3 bathrooms. I also love the back patio and having a large garage from which to enter the home. There is a beautiful park just down the block where you can walk or meditate. Short drive down Wellborn Road to campus!
