Worked perfect for two of us with quick access to restaurants and Disney. Interior was a little dated but was clean and nicer than expected for the price point.

Very fair feedback. We are definitely on the lower end for the area which is reflected. We did update the furniture but updating the cabinets is a big undertaking . I appreciate you staying and the kind words!

This is our 2nd time at this property unfortunately it will be our last. The place is in dire need of repair. Toilet runs constantly and is loose from the floor, air conditioning grates are rusty and dirty. Floor boards on the front porch are broken along with siding off on the side.

Hi!!! I wish you would have told me the feedback so I could respond appropriately. As for the siding and the floor boards we have been waiting for an opening which won’t come til September to do the work so that is being addressed. I was never made aware of the toilet or the grates so I will make sure I get the handyman out there. Please let me know what things need addressed so I can make plans to take care of it
