This upgraded 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large family get away with a spacious floorplan, and complete renovation. Redesigned upstairs to create a very spacious layout with a big open kitchen, dining room, main living room, master bedroom with private bath all upstairs! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking family gatherings, and dining room seating for 8. And then below, additional redesigning was done to allow for a roomier entry way, larger bedroom, and unique double bathroom with separate vanity area configuration. Custom barn door where the laundry is and energy efficient new windows throughout. Southwest facing corner unit with mountaintop views. The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms downstairs come with a Queen bed in both the second and third bedrooms, with a euro-style bunk bed in the fourth bedroom (Twin on the top and a Double on the bottom) with an additional Twin bed. There are two full bathrooms downstairs with the additional separate vanity area. This home is well stocked, with a travel children's pack n play and high chair provided to make travelling with littles that much easier.

Tucked away in the quiet corner of the complex and away from any main roads, but still just a one-minute walk to the red line free shuttle taking you to the Village, Main Lodge and runs to Snowcreek Athletic Club. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountainside, restful location. Great location with easy access to Mammoth Creek Park and the Town's main shopping district off Old Mammoth Road. Less than a five-minute walk to the bowling alley and trail system.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, no smoking is permitted, one pet is permitted in this pet friendly home (additional pets must be approved). The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Super clean, conveniently located, pet-friendly condo

This was the perfect place for our Memorial Weekend stay including both snow & sun. The layout, furnishings, and location were perfect for our group of 2 adults, 5 teens, and 1 dog. Access to the Snowcreek Recreation Center was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

We felt the pictures and description wasn’t accurate. It stated there was 4 bedroom when there were actually only 3 which meant 4 Adult children (unmarried) all had to stay in the same bedroom which was something we wanted to avoid.

Thanks for your comments. There are 4 closed off bedrooms in this home and each bedroom is photographed so I am not sure what you feel wasn't accurate or described. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room more suitable for children but that is described, photographed and detailed out in the bed breakdown. Perhaps you missed that? The 3 other bedrooms have queen and King beds. We hope you enjoyed your stay, but I do feel that perhaps you missed reading something in the listing as this home most definitely has 4 separate bedrooms and sleeps 10. Unit 6 review

Ice maker did not work so a few more ice trays would have been nice. Lastly, would have like a drying rack for dishes. Washing machine and dryer were very nice.

Walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, great pizza, Distant Brewing, and the Trolley stop! The kitchen was well-stocked, bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and it was great having a washer and dryer downstairs. My only request is if the unit doesn't have AC (which in Mammoth isn't usually needed) that the windows open properly with screens that are latched in all the way, and have functioning cranks. We couldn't open all the windows and it did get a little warm during the day. But...we'd definitely stay here again!

Great place but property management could use improvement

It was a great place to stay but it was kind of difficult working with the property management company. They charged us for a chip in the fireplace which was already there and I am pretty sure they wanted to take advantage of the insurance I purchased. Also, the fire place did not work for us and they were no help with that. The place also was short on towels for a place that sleeps 10

Generally OK - would recommend w/some qualifications

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there was a puddle of water on the TV converter and remotes, apparently from a leak in the roof-ceiling above. The whole entertainmnet set up was damaged. Dealing with this in the first few hours upon arrival and into the next morning was not fun.We are used to properties in Mammoth having plenty of board games, there are none in this unit.The set up of the three bedrooms in the downstairs floor, is much more crowded than we imagined based on the property description and photos.Few non-pampering bathroom towels.

Don’t get me wrong, the place was very nice, but not as modern as it may seem. Great layout with bedroom and space. Thermostats in every room which was amazing. Only complaint was a light fixture that kept flashing in the downstairs bathroom (like a strobe light non stop — and property management could not fix while we were there), and the floors looked clean but were filthy (turned our bare feet black immediately when walking on them).

The hot and cold water in the bathroom sinks were reversed in two of the sinks with the hot on the right instead of the left. The toilet roll holders had not yet been installed. There are garages in many of the units, but this one did not have one and that would’ve been convenient because we had five electric mountain bike's that needed to be recharged at night. But overall, it worked well for us.

Great place for family gathering

This is a large unit that worked well for me my wife, my two sons and their families. Older unit that had been updated. Kitchen , dining and living room very nice set up. Very attractive and functional. We BBQ on deck once. Nice. Hot tub at complex is large and was enjoyed by all. Kids had fun in the pool. Dog friendly unit worked well. Very good location -many things walkable. Negatives a few minor maintenance requests e- mailed to mngmt were ignored( I did not call so maybe that would have helped) . Also vents lion did not work well as bedrooms got pretty hot. They had fans but did not work that well. Ceiling fans would have helped

Mammoth Weekend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of us traveled up to Mammoth last week to enjoy the beautiful mountain to go Ski and Snow, Board. Sking is an absolute nirvana to some of us and an annual event that we all looked forward to, and if you are an avid skier, you know that it can be absolutely exhausting. That being said, a hot shower and a comfortable bed are top priorities. Well let's just say that the shower had the same amount of force as a toddler's water gun, So you can say goodbye to those long hot showers. The beds were way too small and uncomfortable for normal size adults, if you're under 3 feet or under the age of 5 you should be fine. The layout downstairs was cumbersome and dark. it had no rhyme or reason, and absolutely no privacy. The upstairs was better with the natural light coming in, however, the floors were filthy. The tv was also an annoyance because you had to change the battery from one remote to the other. This should have been handled by the manager before the guests arrived.

Another year in Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Mammoth for about 30 years. This year we decided to try a different condo complex. I wish I could say that it was great, but there were a number of things which could be improved upon. The condo has a number of windows which were stuck and difficult or impossible to open. Given that there's no AC, this created a problem. There were termites in the condo appearing throughout our stay. The bathroom and bedroom doors have large translucent panels which created a lack of privacy. The biggest problem was the fact that the condo was being reroofed for the last half of our stay. This was our vacation! It would have been nice to be notified of the roofing project when we booked so we could find other accommodations. We had nails and roofing materials falling on our balcony as well as outside our door. The noise was intolerable during the day, leaving us no choice but to leave the condo. We were compensated for 2 of our 6 night stay, but we feel that the whole situation could have been handled in a better manner.
