'La Suite d'AUTOMNE' Aux Trois Saisons in PIRIAC S/MER 2-3 adults.

You will be at home in 'La Suite d'AUTOMNE' ... all comfort and you can come to 2 or 3 simply or with the family with children is 4-5 people.
Basic RATE 2 people. Add € 20 per extra person.
On a large wooded property you will have your private area with large sun terrace, garden furniture under the trees, sunbathing, barbecue, fountain ... everything is designed for your comfort.
Children will enjoy the pool games (playground on the property) with the occupants of two other housing 'The Spring' and 'SUMMER' or down 'the sea' ....
The beach is nearby (family beach) and many coves (small very nice beaches) all along the coast.
On the coastal path you can walk at sunset 'or playing the kite ....

The entrance is covered so you can enjoy the same housing outside and the garden.
Ground garden: living room fully equipped (kitchen meal relaxation and TV) the shower room at the bottom with WC and another separate WC.
Also on the ground floor: a small room with bed of 120 and a vanity area for the toilet.
Above 'the pigeon' (by retractable staircase access) for children over 8 years and teenagers (2 bunks beds ... the corner of 'Harry Potter')
Upstairs the large evening lounge room: 1 bed 160 (2x80) + 1 extra bed 1 pers pr. at the end of the room. A toilet bowl.
Space 'evening sitting at the center (3 chairs + TV with TNT Sat)

Très bon accueil et cadre super, excellent emplacement près de la mer.Logement très agréable et très bien équipé.Dommage que l'annonce n'était pas très juste, c'était prévu avec 3 chambres, alors qu'il n'y en a que 2... J'ai constaté que cela a été corrigé. TB.

Très agréables vacances dans une maison où tout est pensé et organisé pour notre confort. C'est très bien équipé, le jardin est magnifique, les propriétaires accueillants, discrets et généreux qui n'hésitent pas à nous faire profiter des fruits du jardin. Pas besoin de voiture pour aller se balader sur le chemin côtier et découvrir la côte sauvage, les criques et plages de cette magnifique région. Nous avons adoré Piriac ! Cela donne vraiment envie d'y revenir ! Merci à Marie-Edith et Joël. Marie et Jacques

Très agréable séjour dans une location ou tout est prévu niveau intérieur et extérieur ( linges électro ménager pour la cuisine) et la détente par diverses chaises longues et tables pour déjeuner au soleil et télévision pour les soirées. Le jardin est un paradis tropical entretenue par les agréables et discrets propriétaires qui sont des personnes admirables et toujours prêts pour nous conseiller sur les intérêts touristiques de la région; nous le recommandons.

Idéal pour d'excellentes vacances!

Nous sommes très heureux de pouvoir revenir séjourner AUX TROIS SAISONS car nous avons bien apprécié nos vacances l'année passée. Le lieu est idéal pour se reposer et aussi pour aller pêcher sur les rochers avec les enfants et en mer entre adultes. La plage est largement suffisante et permet de garder un oeil sur les enfants tout en les laissant libres. Nous avons très apprécié le confort du logement... tout est bien pensé pour qu'il ne nous manque rien... même pour les petits. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets... seulement là quand il faut!
