Allergy friendly as the property has mostly polished floorboards and polished concrete.

Note: only family bookings and mature aged groups are accepted. We can not accept large groups of young people or bucks parties at this property. Excellent accommodation for conference participants as a short walk to the Main Street.

Two levels with separate living zones perfect for 2 to 3 families.
Upstairs:
Two (2) bedrooms (1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed ), central bathroom with stand alone shower, bath and separate toilet, Huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a bifold opening up to 2 large decks, one under cover facing South East and one not under cover facing North capturing all day sun. North facing bifold doors with 5 metre span opening up on to North deck creating indoor/outdoor living. Polished boards, open fire place, reverse cycle heating /cooling upstairs and downstairs.Excellent ocean and bush views.

Furnished as follows; 1 X 3 seat lounge, 1 x 2 seat lounge, 1 x 1 seat lounge chair. Dining table seats total of 10 to 12 people plus 10 seat outdoor table and chair setting, gas barbecue on undercover deck area with spare gas bottle, 48”Smart TV with Netflix capability, sound system. Kitchen stone bench tops with induction cooktop, electric fan forced oven, dishwasher, 2 door fridge.

Downstairs:
Two (2) bedrooms (1 Queen size bed, 1 Queen & 1 set of single bunks and 1 set of bunks with a double bed and a single on top), central bathroom with separate toilet, laundry with washing machine.Large living area with billiard table and bifold doors opening up to huge under cover deck. Ocean and valley views. Polished concrete floors. Reverse cycle heating/cooling. Furnished as follows; Corner 5 seat sofa, 8ft x 4ft Billiard table, small 4 seat dining setting; 32" Flat Screen TV/DVD.

Fully landscaped garden, car parking at the bottom of the stairs (not under cover). Short walk to main street, exceptionally private bush setting with great ocean views.

Please note all bed linen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be made up for you so you can commence your holiday as soon as you step in the door.
The linen is laundered by a commercial laundry service.
