Cottage Studio 216**

Studio cottage includes : 1 bed queen bed complete with linens and a 1/2 bathroom including towels, etc.. There is a mini refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker in the cottage as well. We offer free wifi, an indoor pool/spa, fitness equipment, arcade games and a catch & release pond! We also have laundry facilities on site. We are nestled away in the country but only 10 min from downtown New Bern, the Neuse River, Trent River and only 1 hour from 3 different beaches. We offer both short and long term rentals. Pets welcome for additional $10 per pet, per night cleaning fee and a refundable $100 deposit.

Cottage was very nice and clean. Only recommendation would be to have a nicer shower head and to smooth out the road leading to the rentals.

Tiny house

It was a very clean tiny house. Everyone was friendly. A little more lighting would have been good, to apply make-up etc. But overall it was a good stay.
