This relaxed house will bring back memories of those classic summer holidays from 70's and 80's. Just minutes from the pristine patrolled sands of Mollymook Beach, this home provides the stress free break you are seeking.

Comfortably sleeping 7 in three rooms, with 2 bathrooms, laundry, and space to move, relax, and unwind. There is 1 T.V in main bedroom, 1 smart T.V in lounge room.

The backyard for B.B.Q & pets is 8m x 4m of grass & 6m x 2.3m of under cover area with a 1.6m high solid timber fence .

Easy walk to Mollmook Golf Club, with shuttle bus & full dinning facilities. It is a 9 hole course & Hill Tops 18 hole course is at the south end of Lockhart St.



This area is known for its multipull surfing location's , fishing & golf courses.

Dennis was a fab host both helpful and great to have a yarn with. The house has everything you need without being pretentious. It's a step back to a slower, quieter time where you can unwind and chill. The showers are awesome and perfect for that post swimming excursion to the beach. It's the most relaxed holiday we've had in years.

Sands of Molly Cottage is well named; great location close to the range of excellent beaches in the Mollymook area. Very comfortable old style cottage. Our host, Dennis, made us very welcome - an exceptional host. A great place to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sands of Molly. A relaxed house with plenty of room and activities for rainy days! The house is not fancy , but comfortable and has everything you need. Providing linen is a bonus.

Every house in my town has had a mould issue from the year of 2022 torrential rain fall. I had cleaned the house prior to your stay & if there was mould I would have removed it. House had been unoccupied since last school Hollidays. You made so many false acusations on your departure about my property Im amazed you didn't write more. I contacted you when I found your laptop so you could return & collect it, so lucky I do live on the property & clean the house straight away after guests. I'm pet friendly so your dog could have a Holliday too, why can't I have a dog & she came to work with me every day.The front house is completely separat from the studio I live in, my house was not suited to your needs, kindly do not return.

Sands of Molly March 2021

Dennis was very easy to deal with. He keeps the somewhat aging house very clean and inviting. Bring your own towels. Bed sheets are made and cleaned for you. The third bedroom has a blinded opening to the first bedroom. Perfect for parents but if you snore as badly as I do it can be heard in that middle bedroom. Perfectly adequate comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the beach and amenities . I would stay there again. Thanks Dennis

I’m tempted not to write much as this is definitely a property that you want to keep as your own secret. From the awesome location to the excellent host, everything is there for your family to have an awesome holiday. The property enables the whole family to have space and not feel on top of each other. A great kitchen, if you feel like cooking, and an awesome space for your four-legged friends.

Perfect location and a step back in time

Fantastic experience all round, great communication, perfect location just a minutes stroll from beautiful Mollymook beach. The house is a wonderful example of holidays in a simpler time, but is well provisioned apart from no towels or bath mats. The layout would be perfect for two couples with kids, but was equally perfect for my group of family and a single friend, with the large ensuited bedroom with its own outside access and tv allowing for space for all. I will definitely book again. Highly recommended

Good House to Relax in Good Location

The house is large with plenty of room including the bedrooms. Open plan kitchen with all the utensils and crockery with a large commercial style stove and large stainless steel fridge. While the bathrooms and kitchen cupboards are a little dated everything presents well and is spacious. You can see the ocean from the lounge room the heater, heats the whole house. Everyone had a comfortable sleep and you won't want to move from the lounge. Good locations and a very quiet street. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sands of Molly. It is an old house as described but very clean and functional and great for pets. The two back rooms are separated by an opening in the wall which is only screened by a blind which is fine for a family but probably not suitable for individual couples looking for privacy. Very good location, easy walk to the beach and Dennis very helpful.

Hear the waves

We arrived at the Sands of Molly late at night and could hear the ocean roar. This place is awesome. Great beach pad. Super sunny, spacious, full of character, and a quick walk to the ocean blue. The cherry on the cake is Dennis -- he's a spectacular host. We will be back!

Great location, comfortable, modest beach cottage

Spent a very relaxed 2 weeks - family of 5 with teenagers and puppy. All you need without the frills. Comfortable beds, well set up kitchen, loved sitting on the front verandah with glimpse of the ocean. All the help we need from Dennis. No wifi but we survived!!
