Note: Limited parking is available and not guaranteed due to recent contractual changes between the Council and Building. Our aim is to ensure your comfort and enjoyment are maximised through our flexibility and willingness to assist. We understand schedules can suddenly change, so we don’t charge unnecessary fees for late arrivals or for that extra guest.

With extensive local knowledge, we are always happy to recommend the best and most renowned places for amazing cuisine, coffee and cocktails!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the place reasonably tidy. No need to remove or wash linen or towels.
Turn off appliances, Air Con and lights. Ensure the door is locked and drop the key in the letter box in the foyer. Make sure to exit the carpark and return the parking access card.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check-in (anytime after 2pm) is OK. No additional fee. Just let us know an estimated time of arrival when booking.
Please ensure parking cards returned else replacement fee will be charged. Note: max. carpark height is approx. 1.9m.
Late check-out (after 10am) by request ONLY (subject to other arrivals). Express check-out available. Please ensure in/out times are adhered to.

It was a great view from the room and enjoyed the view both day and night. It had all the things to make up comfortable including washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. It was close to the ferry and easy to eat in or out nearby

This was a great location and close to everything. Host was there to greet us and show us around the place and the general areas of interest.
Manly each.
Lunch at the summer camp on our bike tour.
Manly Bike Rentals. Sebastian was great to deal with and had skied near our home at Big White Kelowna Canada.
Kids learning to surf a five minute walk from our rental.

The location was great & this compact apt is very well fitted out & ideal for a couple. Host is very generous with providing everything you could possibly need & having a washing machine & dryer was a must for a week’s stay. We mixed beach days with touristy activities (we took the ferry multiple times which is so easy when popping over to the city for a few hours) Would definitely stay again - thanks Haris!

We were so lucky to be able to have access to the property early, this was much appreciated.The apartment is well kitted out, bed linen and pillows so comfortable.We have stayed in the building before, but the sea views are stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves, just beautiful!

Our Host was very welcoming, friendly and showed us thoroughly through the apartment. The wide view of Manly before us, across the cove to Shelly Beach was glorious. Watching all of the scores of surfers on their boards every early morning was fantastic!

Haris kindly answered to our questions right away, which made our stay at ease.The location is really ideal. The town is nice and relaxing. Negative points, not really matters though, there were not a proper cooking knife. a peeler and the bed was not big enough.

Thank you for staying with us. A kitchen knife, peeler, can opener and bottle opener, amongst other basic utensils, are provided in the kitchen. It’s unfortunate these were not suitable for your needs. The bed is advertised as a double bed but we do appreciate the feedback. We will be ordering a larger queen size bed to ensure greater comfort for our future guests. We ask guests to contact us anytime during their stay if there is anything we can do to help make your stay more enjoyable.
