Excellent location. Place was as described. Place was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beach and restaurants were close by. The host was awesome. Easy location to get to and from any location. Highly recommend. Will return next year.

Great place!!! The kids loved the mini-golf and the pool of course. Having the option for beach chairs, wagon and tent was very handy for people flying in. The new lanai allowed a great view of the kids in the pool and the overhead fan kept the adults cool. Can not wait to return!

Dunedin, FL awesome trip

This is our 3rd time staying here. The hosts are amazing and it is the perfect house. Everything you need and close to St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and Tampa.

Everything was according to what Host had said about the place. Host had quick response to my questions. Beautiful home and very clean. In a nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience with this home. The location was very convenient to locations for shopping in Dunedin and Safety Harbor. It was also within a reasonable distance to attractions in Clearwater and Tampa. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was clean, well kept, and the perfect temperature. Once settled in, we quickly realized that we had all the amenities that we could possibly need. Plenty of cooking utensils, pans, coffee maker, Kuerig, and plenty more. The washer and dryer were super convenient. The host was great with communication and made sure everything met our expectations. We would stay here again fi we come back to the area.

Highly recommend

This home was perfect for our visit to the Tampa area for our daughter’s college graduation. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Downtown Dunedin, which is one of our favorite places to visit when in town. I highly recommend The Living Room for brunch, as well as Ice & Cream for dessert.

Dunedin home

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The house is close to lots of things going on, and the host was great. Peter was available any time we needed him. The pool is very nice, and the best thing is it's heated, clean and enjoyable any time. Hopefully we'll be back again!!

Beautiful Home and Family Friendly

Kids, parents and grandparents all enjoyed this house! Beautiful, well kept home with heated pool the kids LOVED! Hosts were responsive with the questions we had and easily accessible if we needed further assistance!Grandma was absolutely in the live with the house! Great neighborhood and close to stores/shopping! Would love to come back for our next visit!

Exactly as described and pictured! We stayed in Clearwater Beach the year before but never again. Dunedin and Honeymoon Beach are amazing! Much better than Clearwater. House was perfect - everything we needed, great pool, very clean. Really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Thanks for a great vacation!

Quick getaway

Visited on the heels of Hurricane Milton. Host kept us informed on the property and amenities. All was in tip top shape for our trip. House was comfortable and nicely decorated. Back porch and pool were a welcome benefit to the home.

Beautiful home, tastefully decorated and very roomy. Comfortable beds and the provisions were much more than expected. The communication with the owners was excellent. We spent a month at the home and unfortunately the time went too fast.

Very comfortable and relaxing. Quiet safe neighbor. Really missed exhaust fans in bathrooms, reading light is bedroom with twin beds, and places to set suitcases in small bedroom.

Great stay

Very nice home and we used all amenities. The pool had directions how to maintain so it was clean when we went swimming. The bikes provided allowed us to ride around the neighborhood and we used the beach chairs and umbrella at Clearwater Beach. The home was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are by Dunedin.

Very nice cute cottage for family of 5

We really enjoyed our stay in Dunedin! Honeymoon Island is gorgeous and lots of fun with lots of oppotunities to see dolphins. The house is comfortable and the kitchen supplies and utensils are the best that we have come across so far. They literally have everything you would need to cook. The pool is a good size and we got it heated and it was a good temperature. The beach chairs are very nice and its great to have everything you need for the beach there as well.

Peter’s home was a perfect home while my family was dealing with personal matters with an aging parent. We looked forward to return to the house every evening. We easily could decompress, enjoy meal preparations in the spacious kitchen, or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine. The home is very spacious and thought out. The beds were comfy and felt very much at home. Peter was incredibly responsive and friendly. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We appreciate it so much!

Great little house

Property remodeled and very clean, great kitchen well stocked, lots of linens and beach supplies. lovely screen porch, comfortable beds. Fun to have pool .Owner very responsive with any needs. Street noise. Location is in busy commercial part of town. I would rent again.
