Red Anchor at 30 Mudlo Street is ideally located close to the centre of town. Macrossan Street, the Reef Marina and Four Mile Beach are each just a short stroll away. This is a spacious five bedroom, three bathroom home, perfect for two families or a group of friends.

A modern single storey home with an open plan living and dining area that opens out to a large entertaining space under the roof line. Outside is a grassy lawn stretching along the side of the house and a heated swimming pool, all surrounded by tropically landscaped gardens.

The kitchen is well equipped with a walk-in pantry filled with crockery, glasses, cutlery, cookware and all the latest kitchen appliances to make your stay easier. An island bench breakfast bar is perfect for meals on the go. Alternatively there is a choice of sit down dining options inside, or outside overlooking the pool.

Five bedrooms include the master bedroom with en suite, the second queen room with en suite and the remaining three bedrooms sharing a full sized bathroom.

The house has split system air conditioners and full screening with fans throughout.

Entertainment includes a TV, DVD and CD player a Foxtel connection in the main living area as well as a wireless internet service.

Ideal location. Close to shops, beach and marina. House is perfect for families or groups of adults. We had a family get together for 7 days (6 adults an 8 year old, a 6 year old and a 2 year old). and the house was great for adults and kids. The kids (and the adults) loved the pool. Everything we needed was available in the house. Board games for the kids, BBQ, outdoor dining, grassed area, large TV, plus TVs in 2 of the bedrooms, etc etc. Our stay could not have been better. "Just perfect" Accomidation and Location.

Fantastic house for a family. Large open floor plan. Well appointed with everything you could need. Comfortable beds. The perfect pool with easy access, but completely safe for kids. Lots of games and toys for kids. East walking distance to main street and beach. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Red Anchor was excellent. The property is superb with an amazing pool and is located within easy walking distance of the main street and marina. We had to postpone our original stay in Dec ‘20 due to covid and the property management company and owners were excellent and very accommodating, allowing us to reschedule our trip, at very very short notice, to a later date. Would highly recommend this property. The kids are already asking when we are going back!
