About this property

Amazing Views. Quick walk to 3 Broulee beaches. Not to be missed!

Located in Broulee's most sought after street, this relaxed, open plan, light and bright beach house boasts breathtaking ocean views, sunrises that will blow your mind, and a choice of 3 beaches located just a short stroll away. If you've been searching for the perfect beach holiday accomodation, stop scrolling because you've just arrived.

Light and airy, the upper level has a well equipped, modern kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Wake up in the main bedroom’s queen size bed to stunning sunrises over sweeping water views. The kids will love the bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom and will probably be undecided about whether to “bags” the top single or bottom double bunk.
The upstairs modern bathroom includes a spacious shower and if a relaxing bath is what you're after, look no further than the front deck where you'll find an outdoor tub (big enough for 2) with a view of the sky that would impress any stargazing enthusiast.

From the open plan kitchen, take your breakfast to the large east facing deck and begin your day with breathtaking views over Broulee island and the bay.

Once you’ve returned from the beach, enjoy a bbq lunch and soak up some sun on the rear upper level deck followed by a refreshing afternoon siesta on the nearby daybed. As the day draws to a close, the sunsets from this vantage point are spectacular and the dual decks provide alternative options for shelter regardless of the weather.

The downstairs 3rd bedroom is spacious and bright and perfect for a family of 4, a couple who would prefer their own privacy, or as a teenage retreat. The motel configuration includes a queen size bed, 2 singles, a second TV and a modern bathroom. It is easily accessed by an external set of stairs leading down from the back deck.
All areas are equipped with heating and ceiling fans and guest wifi is also available.
Spoilt for choice, you can easily stroll to 3 beaches giving you plenty of opportunity to chase the fish or the waves. If you're a keen surfer then you can do the popular "Pink Rocks" surf check from the front deck. If it's not breaking, then you'll probably catch a wave just around the corner at South Broulee (Bengello) Beach.

Perhaps waves aren't your thing. If that’s the case, wander down to the end of the culdesac to a gorgeous little bay that is always flat, glistening and peaceful. It’s perfect for the kids and leads on to a beautiful walk around Broulee Island.

If you enjoy bike riding then bring the bikes because the road is flat! When you're home from your family expeditions, you can sip your gin and tonics on the front deck whilst supervising the children riding up and down the street.

For the basketball, skateboard, and scooter enthusiasts, there is a half court and skate park just around the corner and if tennis is your thing, the courts are also close by!

Fancy a hit of golf? Head out to the Moruya Golf Club for a serious game or take the family for a hack around the local par 3 at The Moorings in Tomakin.

The property is ideal for 2 young families who enjoy having their own private space or one family with slightly older children that don't mind sleeping downstairs.

Please note that pillows and doonas are provided however you will need to supply your own sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Alternatively, you can rent your linen and have the beds made up for you by our local linen specialists.

My husband grew up in Broulee and he still has family and lifelong friends living and returning to the town. We wanted to offer our children the opportunity to come together with friends and family (as my husband has) and so in 2004 we managed to buy our house. Renovation has been gradual with every effort made to retain a holiday feel. We live in Sydney at the moment and come down often to spend time with friends and family.
We hope you enjoy visiting our most favourite place in the world. Welcome!
